Horrible service

Horrible service. My partner and I are brand new snowboarders they sized our stuff completely wrong. I’m a size 39.5 and they gave me size 41 step on boots and my partners are also too big. They did all our sizing based on their “experience” also now they are holding our 800 euro vat refund hostage when we spent well over 3500 euro in burton Austria. 1/10 won’t ever be buying from burton again

Burton removes negative reviews on their website.

I purchased the Swash Jacket and matching Swash pants and the quality was extremely disappointing because the AK logo started peeling off on both items within the first three days of use. I sent an email to Burton asking if they had any solutions to fix the issue with the logos and they never responded. I also wrote a review expressing my displeasure with the quality of these items and Burton.com did not post it and it has been a month since it was submitted. Apparently Burton.com filters through their reviews and removes the negative ones. This is a shady business practice which deceives customers since the reviews inaccurately describe the quality of their products.

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.
After paying top of the line money for their product, I'm getting multiple emails telling me I need to proof I'm not committing fraud. I made a bank transfer to them so this isn't even possible, I can't cancel this transfer!
They are asking for government ID with address which doesn't even exist, and are even asking for more information.
This should not be allowed after I am the one that has already paid them.

I signed up for first chair loyalty and got crapped on!

I signed up for first chair loyalty program with burton.com, I then purchased a very expensive set of mittens "Burtons warmest men's gore-tex mittens" using the provided size chart I measured my hands which were a perfect match for size medium. When I finally received my order they were way to small (their size chart was inaccurate) I immediately contact customer support the very next day - all I wanted to do was exchange them for one size up. I was told that was not possible and the only option was I could return them for a refund but I had to pay shipping. That was the first red flag. These gloves normally run $140.00 when I bought them they were 20% off (still a hefty price for gloves almost $120.00 after taxes) and my intention was to reorder a size bigger as I really wanted the gloves. I've now emailed support several times regarding the matter explaining the situation feeling I should still be able to get the gloves at the price I originally paid because their size chart was clearly incorrect and I can prove it with pictures. I have gotten zero responses regarding the matter and it's been over a week (shipping also confirms they did receive the return already as well, and I still haven't gotten my money back) I feel I've been treated poorly and their policy's and lack of customer care and support warrant a review as buyer beware, even as a first chair member hope you get exactly what you want the first time around or you'll be left holding the bag as well as costing you more money to correct their mistakes. I used to hold Burton in high regard as I've been snowboarding for over 20 years and my very first board was a Burton 155 cruise before snowboarding was even that big at mountains and you couldn't even rent them at the time. Now after this and the disrespect for a long time buyer and supporter of their products, equipment and gear... all I can say now is corporate greed has ruined them and they don't deserve the dedicated customers and consumers they have. Burton now means nothing to me but disrespect.

Believe the negative reviews!

Believe the negative reviews! My husband spent hours because of a system error on their end and they won’t refund you. They sincerely don’t care about their customers. A supervisor (Haley) reached out only to state the same script their representatives did. Take your money elsewhere! I was going to purchase a couple of thousands worth of merchandise but I refuse to ever do business with a company that treats people the way they do. Again take your business elsewhere!!! There’s a reason as to why they have a D- on the Better Business Bureau website!

These people have terrible service and…

These people have terrible service and refused to make one edit to a 3k order. They say there is no way to cancel. They hung up on me when I asked why… better to buy retail. These guys are scammers and their return policy is the worst I’ve seen anywhere.

Guanti nuovi mai usati

Guanti nuovi mai usati , con ancora cartoncino della Burton ,con applicato sopra adesivo del negoziante, del 2019 che si sbriciolano in superficie.
La controversia se la palleggiano con il negoziante ed il cliente final tra poco lo incolpano che se non avesse acquistato non avrebbe avuto disagio.
Forse dovrebbero sapere che è il cliente che aiuta a fare fatturato.
Mai più prodotti Burton a casa mia
Una stella è anche troppo.

Retour Katastrophe

Nur kaufen, wenn ihr sicher seid, dass ihr nichts zurück schicken möchtet. Retour wird so schwierig wie möglich gemacht, als Jugendliche ohne Auto muss ich eine halbe std Bus fahren, um endlich! Einen ups Shop zu erreichen. Abholung nicht möglich!!! Katastrophe!

Avoid this company

Avoid this company, they will ask you for your sensitive data like picture of your ID and credit card. If you value your privacy don't buy here. When I told them I don't agree for such things they said they can't cancel my payment so now my money is blocked on my account.

Would avoid buying on line as the order just gets delayed and delayed...

Ordered two snowboard jackets and two pairs of trousers from the Burton website as a longstanding fan of Burton gear. But unfortunately their choice of delivery mechanism/courier (UPS) is somewhat lacking. After a week of notifications about delivery dates which kept getting pushed back to the next day, I contacted Customer service (Thursday 10th Nov) to enquire as to when my order might actually be delivered. They said there wasn't much they could do other than email UPS and it was a customs issue (albeit I had received notification that my item had already cleared customs). I contacted them again to today (Friday 11th Nov) after the delivery was pushed back to Monday 14th November and the same line was given about how they would contact UPS but they had no real idea about when the delivery might happen. When I questioned why they used UPS because they didn't appear to be very good the rep said they knew UPS weren't any good but it wasn't their decision to use them. Shame that Burton make good gear but that you can't get hold of and they don't seem to care.

I shall in future try harder to buy another brand and from a shop as at least you know you have the stuff.

Had a problem with my refund

Had a problem with my refund, only 1/3 items was refunded. I messhaed Burton using the Apple message system and Rex managed to sort my issue out within minutes. I only sent one text and Rex managed to get me my full refund. Thank you

AVOID, JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!

This company is an absolute joke of a organisation which is clearly run by imbeciles. They’re quick to take money from you but when it comes down to rectify their mistakes they beat around the bush. Over 30 emails sent due to not having a working phone number even in the year 2022. My problem was not resolved and now I’m down £140. For someone reason they can’t find me on the database like I’m a top secret agent even though I received the jacket and it doesn’t fit.

Burton Step On Swath - No Warranty Resolution!!

Bought Burton Step On Swath boots in April 2022. Needed a warranty repair/replacement as Imprint3 liner has worn out. They confirmed they have the boots but 2 weeks and no update despite many emails. Even advised them from their own website:

"How long will it take to evaluate my repair claim?

Our goal is to check in and evaluate your repair claim within 48 hours (Monday – Friday and excluding holidays) of receipt. Once we’ve evaluated your item we’ll contact you with next steps."

When you spend over £300 for a product you'd hope for a better customer support. Phone number doesn't work either. Jake would be pissed off having his customers treated like this.
