Alaa responded to my WhatsApp chat today (damaged t-shirt was delivered to me). He was professional, helpful and understanding. He offered to send a replacement immediately but since I purchased 5 different T-shirts for a holiday it would be too late. He then processed a refund for me and I can confirm the refund is in my account. Thanks Alaa, you are a helpful and friendly staff of Burton.
Worse experience ever - burtons is such a disappointment
Bought 3 t shirts - use of courier was hermes one of the worst courier services I've come accross. Purchased 5th July, date of delivery was 9th July but received nothing waited till 12th nothing. Spoke with burtons employee Harrison who stated wait till 23rd(WTH) told them I only agreed to purchase as your email states delivery would be upto 5 working days. Then natailla educated me on my terms and conditions which we don't read that it can take upto 30days (well played burton). I was promised a refund on the 23rd if no progress with delivery was made but I had to chase burtons on the 24th but this time lovely Courtney proccesed by refund on the 25th July, but guess what no refund by the 30th spoke with Anais who stated lovely Courtney forgot to process my refund which he did within minutes.
Burtons disappoints its customer a voucher or an email of senser apology goes a long way but I guess when your a big firm your just a number for them.

I did not know what to do, since I had returned an item and not gotten a return payment after a month, so I went onto the customer service WhatsApp and Aamina really helped me out with quick responses and action giving me the full refund amount I seeked

I'm extremely satisfied with how I've been helped by Burtons . I ordered a suit online for my son for a wedding(during the second lockdown) it was small and had to return and request a refund obviously. Due to the company going to administration my emails requesting refund wasn't received hence something that has to take around a week took almost 2months.On their website there's no phone number to call but I saw they now use WhatsApp for their queries (though was a bit skeptical but gave it a try) .I had someone called Simone to attend to me,gave me the different options they had in sending refund. I choose one of them and to my amazement got my money today. (21/5/21)
