Sara, Edi and Mark have all been very helpful over the past couple of days searching for suitable flights to New Zealand.
Not travelled yet, but will be happy to use for vehicle hire and hotels. Hoping to report that my future dealings with Business Flight Shop be as positive as the experience so far.

Roy was helping us to book tickets to abroad but never verbally asked or mentioned about ETA online visa for Canada. This requirement must verbally told customers who are unaware of immigration rules and regulation. we were suffered and missed the flight, lost our £1802 because his negligence to us and no calls were answered in emergency out of hours when we needed them most. I had such a horrible and painful experience by missing the flight, misguided us and left with grief as we couldn't see our family after so long. we sat at the airport hours and hours so they the travel agent could sort it but no help and empathy provided. I wish I never booked tickets with them. I wouldn't forget this worse experience for the rest of my life. never ever booking with them again!

Ian was a great help finding me the right flight . He was very patient with my changing situation and worked very hard to get a suitable flight. I would certainly recommend him and I intend to use his company again.

Initially I contacted the company by WhatsApp and Kate found us really competitive flights from Manchester to Sydney, and held them at no cost for 24 hours. Mark then telephoned us to confirm the booking and he couldn't have been more helpful and patient, arranging everything and answering all our questions. A totally stress free experience. Will use again.

I was sceptical at first about booking through an agent but Roy was so patient and gave different options for flights from Manchester to Perth and back.
I asked many many questions which he answered without hesitation.

I had superb service from Business Flight Shop. I used them with a little trepidation as I have not booked flights in this way before having previously used only local travel agents/direct with airlines.
However I can only describe my experience as excellent from start to finish - they found me a truly great deal on my flights at a fantastic price!!
Rose kept in touch to let me know about my booking - I felt included and informed throughout the process and the staff are courteous and just the right amount of both efficient and friendly. I would not hesitate both to recommend Business Flight Shop to other customers and to use them again in future.

One of the most unprofessional travel agents we have dealt with.
We booked Bali flights with this company in January 26 and were asked to pay an initial deposit of £600, with the remaining balance due on 18 March 2026.
Since March, we repeatedly tried contacting Roy Whitmore to pay the balance and confirm our booking. The first time we called, we were told he was away. Later, he messaged my husband on WhatsApp saying he was looking for alternative flights. We clearly told him we did not want alternative flights and simply wanted to pay the remaining balance and secure the seats we originally agreed on.
Roy said he would get back to us by the end of the day with “cheaper flights,” but never responded. I spoke to him again on 02/05/26 and still received no clear answer. On 03/05/26, I spoke to a lady called Jane, who again said Roy was looking for alternative flights because of the war situation. She asked me to call back in 3 hours.
After waiting, we finally received a call from the manager, Mark Morgan, who informed us that our seats had never actually been booked because we had not paid in full. He then said we would now need to pay more due to increased fuel prices and the war, and that the original quote from Roy was only an “estimated cost as per previous year.”
My question was simple: if we had paid in full at the start, would they still have asked us for more money later? His answer was “No.”
So what was the point of paying the deposit in the first place?
What is most frustrating is that we had been trying to contact them since March, yet nobody informed us that the seats had not been secured and that the price had changed. We only found this out in May.
Please be careful when booking with this company. Paying a deposit does NOT mean your seats are confirmed, and they may not clearly communicate this to you.

I found the staff in particular Jennifer to be vey helpful and she made the whole experience of finding me the best flights to Bangalore at a very good price so i was very happy to book with Business Flight Shop who i have booked tickets to India in the past .
I would highly recommend Jennifer who will take good care of you and was very pleasant and helpful and flight shop for your next travel arrangements

I would like to retract my one star review of customer service. I was contacted within two hours by Mark who was very apologetic. He told me there had been a mix up as my agent had gone off sick after my call. The system for refund had not been explained clearly. Sorted within three days and the money is in my account.Thanks for your help.

I like working through airlines apps, to find the appropriate flight. This time I found a reasonable price, time journey, but I thought I’d see if an on line travel agent, could beat my findings.
I chose Business Flight Shop, due to the trust pilot ratings and customer endorsement.
Oliver took my flights and dates, and quickly emailed me some very good dates and prices.
I was more than happy with the package presented. Airlines I used myself and fitting all the criteria I had asked for.
The 3 flight travel to Adelaide, used predominantly Singapore airlines, who are usually much dearer than Lufthansa and Swiss I tend to use.
Unfortunately part on the Singapore line was not available, but a Swiss flight replacement was available.
Although another £500+ the overall package was still cheaper than my last trip.
I would recommend using this service , saving time and money.
I was kept informed and the tickets were reserved for me, in case better flights became available.
Oliver also booked my wife’s special assistance ( wheel chair to plane) services. This also save time, and phone calls, especially Lufthansa in Germany.
It’s early day, but I’m very happy with the service and communication so far.

First time using this service so wasn't sure want to expect. Services exceeded my expectations. Kate dealt with my case and secured a great to deal from London to Brisbane including return flights from NZ, business class all the way for less 4k. All staff were responsive, listen to my needs and adopted which is exactly what I need for my business requirements. Really professional services end to end.

Sadly I was let down by these guys and they never came good.
I asked for quotes for a family uk to Dubai and was offered a great price- to secure it I needed to pay £500 immediately on the call (via online link sent via message)
At no point was I sent terms or told that this was non refundable.

I paid. Then my dates changed. This part isn’t their fault, however unable to secure a good price for my new dates it was significantly cheaper to book direct with the airline - that’s fine - however upon asking for a refund I was told it was a non refundable deposit.

This is actually a breach of the consumer goods act - no service was supplied, no communication via email, SMS or verbally prior to paying. Upon escalating to the most senior manager I could find I was then sent the terms eg “read the small print we didn’t send you and you’ll see it’s non refundable”

The best I could get them to offer me was to use it against a future flight… great or so I thought. But now every time we ask for a quote they quote us much higher than the airline. Like what’s the point of your entire business model if that all you can ever offer.

As such these guys still owe me and I see no way to get it back.

If I was told ahead of time I’d accept the loss but the point is I wasn’t.

When you need these guys because plans changed suddenly they seem much more interested in keeping a few quid than delivering 5 star service.

Ridiculous really when you consider i spend multiple 5 digits per year on flights and they’ll never get my business again.

This is the first time in many years I have used an agency to book flights and the experience has been well worth the trust. Jerin was extremely efficient in helping to sort out flights from the variety available which suited my circumstances and just as polite. Assistance with questions was first class throughout.
Now at the end of my holiday, disaster, when one flight was cancelled by the airline hours before departure and they seemed unable and unavailable to sort it out. Contacting Business Flight Shop again, they stepped in, and Jane spent hours sorting out an acceptable solution to my needs due to my age and mobility. The professionalism and curtesy of the staff is exceptional. Thank you all.

Rose( Staff) was very helpful and very supportive during the process of getting the tickets, her customer service level is exceptional and she is very knowledgeable( in my opinion)about how to handle issues.
I will always recommend her services to anyone who needs assistance when booking a flight, I was just amazed how she did it.She deserves 20 stars instead of 5 stars to be honest.
