Business Flight Shop Opiniões

This is the first time in many years I have used an agency to book flights and the experience has been well worth the trust. Jerin was extremely efficient in helping to sort out flights from the variety available which suited my circumstances and just as polite. Assistance with questions was first class throughout.
Now at the end of my holiday, disaster, when one flight was cancelled by the airline hours before departure and they seemed unable and unavailable to sort it out. Contacting Business Flight Shop again, they stepped in, and Jane spent hours sorting out an acceptable solution to my needs due to my age and mobility. The professionalism and curtesy of the staff is exceptional. Thank you all.

The trustees of both sides,
Rose( Staff) was very helpful and very supportive during the process of getting the tickets, her customer service level is exceptional and she is very knowledgeable( in my opinion)about how to handle issues.
I will always recommend her services to anyone who needs assistance when booking a flight, I was just amazed how she did it.She deserves 20 stars instead of 5 stars to be honest.

Jennifer, who dealt with my booking was so efficient, polite and I must say fully experience what she was doing.

My experience of all the staff I dealt with was fantastic. Both the agents I worked with were fantastic. Rachel perservered with me and was helpful and efficient. Roy also was sympathetic to my needs and my obvious frailities on computers. Well done everyone.

Edi was superb. He went over and beyond to secure good flights, carrier and layover time for our trip to NZ. He put up with my demands and eventually we got the flights booked. Thank you Edi. Also it was nice to receive a call from Sara to confirm spelling of our names, flight times and airline.

I had great support from day one. It was a complex booking that was made very easy for me. Most importantly, all the stress was removed.

I have been using Business Flight Shop for over 2 years with Edi as my point of contact and he has been extremely professional, effective and helpful including recently when I has to schedule my flight Singapore to London originally with Gulf Air. Due to the war I had to reorganise my trip and Edi came up with the best proposal.

Very very good travel agents, I had Sara deal with from start to finish with constant communication and reassurance through the whole way. I would highly recommend

Once again Edi and the White Magic team have fulfilled my expectations and yet again managed to book my ticket meeting my specific requirements. As always Edi is always helpful and always goes the extra mile to ensure I get the best price. I have booked with Edi and White Magic and can highly recommend them.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent support provided by Edi Smith from Business Flight Shop.

My ticket booking was quite complicated due to a schedule change, and I was worried about how everything would be managed. However, Edi handled the situation with outstanding professionalism, patience, and expertise. His well-known knowledge and experience made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

He carefully explained all the available options, quickly found the best solution, and helped me secure my ticket without any hassle. His support and dedication truly went above and beyond my expectations.

I highly recommend Edi Smith and Business Flight Shop to anyone looking for reliable and professional travel assistance.

Excellent Service

Nothing was a bother in fact Kate and Mark got the idea of our travel plane in an instant and went that bit further to find a much better flight and at a cheaper price. Those guys Rock.

Super helpful. Reasonable prices. In the age of bots and websites it was great to have a real person (Jenifer) to help. Especially in these weird times of flight paths and wars etc. the personal touch is underrated these days.

We have just booked our return flights with Paul to Australia from England for Christmas this year
Paul went above and beyond finding us flights which suited us in price, the airline which suited us and in timing.
We are both in our 70s and really appreciated the time, professionalism and help he gave to us. We couldn’t have done it on our own.
A big thankyou Paul and the team at Business Flight Shop .

Paul and the rest of the team have been amazing. My original flights from the UK to Australia with a Middle East airline were cancelled due to the conflict in the ME. Paul was able to find alternative business class flights with good connection times. The return flight presented a slight issue but the team came up with a solution to that too! Paul and the team went above and beyond anything I had experienced before and I can't recommend them highly enough. A very grateful and satisfied customer.

Great service initially from Roy showing us options for travelling from Glasgow and Edinburgh to Brisbane. Roy and Mark worked tirelessly to offer us alternative routes to avoid the Middle East. Now flying through Guangzhou- can’t wait👍

Amazing experience with Sara. We got a great deal with a good price! Will be using her and Business Flight Shop for all my future travels! Lovely experience just amazing!

I recently booked my tickets through the Business Flight Shop, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the exceptional assistance provided by Kate. She was incredibly helpful and guided me patiently throughout the entire booking process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood every step, which made a significant difference.

I found a fantastic and reasonable ticket that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the Business Flight Shop for anyone looking to book flights, I will definitely return for future travel needs!

I had a fantastic experience working with Edi as my travel agent. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to understand my preferences, budget, and travel goals, and put together a plan that suited me perfectly.

Edi handled all the details seamlessly, making the entire process stress-free. He was always available to answer questions, offer suggestions, and make adjustments when needed. His knowledge and organisation really stood out, and I felt confident everything was in good hands.

I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful travel agent.

Used many times Edi has been great on every trip and keeps us posted on flight changes and pricing .
