We were looking for flight tickets and…
We were looking for flight tickets and Robin from the business fly called us back and has taken consideration of request of dates/ timings and searched thoroughly and got back to us with the best available flights and fares.
Flying in December as we know is a very costly business, but robin was able to get a very good deal to fly to South Asia.
Later helped us to get a decent fares for children to fly with their grandparents on the same flight for July.
Overall we had a very good experience and were able to get a better deals for our journey.

Clearly the company specialises in business class and were able with a little prompting from me to get the price that I wanted.
I would add that years ago I have had experience in this field and so I knew what I wanted and the price that I was prepared to pay

Alec was so very helpful …
Alec was so very helpful when I called to book flights from London to New York. It was a bit late to look for a choice of seats and I needed an aisle seat because of back/spinal problem. But over the course of a few calls Alec first found a flight and then did get me an aisle seat, so that will make the seven-hour flight possible for me. I've never known any person in a call centre to be so engaged with the client's needs. Thanks.
