Whilst looking for my next company car, visited Busseys BYD, and was looked after by Millie, who despite potentially not seeing the actual sale of the vehicle could not have been more helpful, facilitating test drives of the vehicles I was interested in. 1st class customer service, thank you. ☺️

Amazing service
Amazing service! Jake looked after us so well and even gift wrapped our new car!! Made the whole experience so easy and no hard sell either just lots of listening to what we needed. Highly recommend!

Amazing Service from Jake and Simon
I received an amazing service from Jake and Simon at Bussey. I purchased a car which I did not realise would be available next week. Being unable to pick it up then, both Jake and Simon pulled some strings to ensure that I was able to collect the car with a 2 day turnaround time. Absolute please working with them and I am over the moon with my new BYD Seal U!

We had a very pleasant and satisfying experience purchasing our new car from Busseys of Fakenham. Sophie, who dealt with our purchase, was very professional with a personal touch, which put us at ease from our first meeting, we were kept well informed about the progress of our order, and the hand over was also a very good and professional job, with a full explanation from Sophie of the controls etc on the car, and a follow up call a few days later, to check all is well with the car. I would highly recommend Busseys of Fakenham.
