If I could give this zero stars I would

Delivery was not on the day requested and was actually delivered days later. Totally ruined the surprise and the flowers were delivered by Royal Mail. If I knew this I wouldn’t have ordered with this company as we all know delays can happen.

Flowers turned up on time (next day), absolutely lovely, and I have a very happy Mrs. No problems with BusyBees and would definitely use again!

A very disappointing service. Ordered a bouquet of flowers as a birthday gift for a work colleague. I placed the order 3 days prior to wanting delivery and they were not delivered on the date specified. One day later they still haven't been delivered even after telephoning earlier in the day and being informed that they would be delivered that afternoon. I have emailed requesting that my order is cancelled and have asked for a full refund. Just wish I had read the reviews beforehand...lesson learnt!

Ordered flowers to cheer up my friend. I thought the florist was local as that is what it was made out to be. The flowers were substandard broken stems. petals missing and dry. Customer service was ok to begin with and said that the flowers were clearly damaged by the courier the flowers had to be binned on day 6 I was offered a re-delivery. I said no to the re-delivery as the moment had passed and I asked for a refund and since then silence.
Shocking service
like I pointed out to the so called customer service you get a 7 day guarantee with supermarket flowers and they are a fraction of the cost.
I would not use these florist again.

After placing the order as a gift, I was then very anxious after seeing these reviews but the flowers arrived same day delivery and were amazing!! A huge bouquet of a wide range stems, really beautiful and made my aunty very happy. I don’t normally write reviews but feel I have to as my experience was 5*.

1st & LAST time ordering from here ! Will keep this review short as mine is the same as most others on here (wish I’d thought to check reviews on here 1st !) Ordered next day delivery- it didn’t happen ! The operator that answered on 0800 number not at all professional or helpful.Exchanged a few emails with Margaret (responses very short & not really of a professional manner in my opinion).She eventually told me I had missed cut off time.No I definitely hadn’t ! Recipients of flowers say they are nice & look fresh but the photos they have sent me of the flowers don’t look worth the money & are not exactly as the online photo illustrated (there’s far too much greenery).I will be taking this further as I only ordered as they advertise next day delivery.I could have ordered from anywhere if I had wanted delivery in 2 days time ! My last email asking for clarification on cut off times is currently unanswered

Wish I could give 0 out of 5. Ordered flowers on Saturday to be delivered on Monday. Received an email on Monday at 5.30 to say the flowers would be delivered on Tuesday. That isn't what I ordered. Well done for ignoring the time request. Utterly useless. Don't use.

Along with others - wish I had read the reviews first. Ordered Sunday for Monday delivery. Delivered Tuesday. Poor quality, cheap flowers £42 on a bunch that would probably cost £10 in a supermarket.

As everyone has alluded to, gutted I didn't take the time to look at the reviews.

Searched for a local florist, they are not.
Ordered next day delivery, didn't arrive.
Customer service, unhelpful.

What was meant to be a thoughtful gesture has ended up causing stress and disappointment. I won’t be using this florist again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliability or decent service.
Let's see if they arrive tomorrow and are of good quality, I'm not holding my breath.

UPDATE - Flowers arrived today are are not too bad to be fair. I'm upgrading my score slightly.

Won't use again. Purchased a next day delivery and now 48 hours later they still haven't delivered. I was told it was 'after the cut off' despite the cut off for next day delivery despite their website saying 4pm cut off and I ordered at 2pm. Customer service don't respond, have had to resort to contacting credit card company.

I purchased flowers for delivery with this company on 13/05/2025, for delivery on 15/05/2025. They were such poor quality flowers, they started drooping and dying after only a couple of days, and some of them were binned by 19/05/2025 as they turned brown.

I had ordered a 2nd bunch with a different company on the same day, and this 2nd bunch was cheaper and still fresh on the 28/05/2025, the difference is astounding.

I have made contact with Busybee to see if they could rectify the issues, but they haven't bothered to respond.

I wish I had have read reviews before purchasing as there are a large number of customers that have had a poor experience.

What a waste of money. I'll never order again from this company, and I'll do my best to make others aware.

I like others thought I was ordering from a local florist. Was horrified by the reviews, that I of course, should have read first! The flowers arrived on the day I requested and although in 3 separate bunches of flower type, when arranged in a vase, looked great. They were appropriate for sympathy flowers as requested. No tracking info so relied on the recipient to say if they had arrived. The website does have a count down clock for order cut off, but you can still choose the 'next day' on the calendar and this seems to be the main complaint in the reviews. Not sure I would risk next day delivery. Still not sure if local florists are used, or a main warehouse, but I feel lucky and relieved my order was fullfilled.

Extremely impressed by the services offered

We did find the flowers 2 streets down, the next day after the flowers were supposed to be delivered. when I first rung them about it they asked us to find them ourselves and give them a call after we found them. I consider us lucky that we received any flowers after reading the comments. Highly doubt we will get any refund. The most awful customer service and service received out all of the companies in general I bought from.

Why oh why didn’t I read the reviews…..I was in a hurry to order same day delivery flowers for my daughter in York. The website clearly states orders up to 3pm are guaranteed….I placed my (very expensive) order at 2pm having searched other options - email at 3.40 to say they couldn’t deliver - I phoned and they had every excuse under the sun, and actually said they responded immediately (which they didn’t). Avoid at all costs.

The florist is based in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire not locally in Rugeley as advertised. All the woman taking the order wanted to know was how much did I want to spend. The flowers were delivered in poor condition with many flowers broken, dead or dying. Poor Customer Service too. AVOID!

Happy enough to take money, but completely incapable of delivering! The female who took my call when enquiring where my missing order was sounded exactly like Carol Beer (the "computer says no" character from Little Britain). Completely useless employee and quite frankly shouldn't be allowed to answer phone calls. It's funny how it's pretty much radio silence until you email regarding a full refund!

Just like others have mentioned, there is zero accountability with this "company" (and I use that term extremely lightly), as they say "It would appear your order was dispatched but missing with the delivery company".

There's something very shoddy going on here as they have an 0800 number, a proper .co.uk website, a proper info@ email address and a whole bunch of questionable reviews. But a woman called M******t emailing from an email address which seems to be for someone else called S****-L***** H**th which is just a standard Gmail address. It all screams dodgy! If I'd really looked into it before ordering I'd have stayed well clear, but you shouldn't have to do a deep background check when ordering from a seemingly good florist. You don't expect companies to be this way.

Fortunately, I did get a refund (although, it did take another email enquiring into the status of the refund). I ordered elsewhere and got a beautiful bouquet of flowers and the recipient was extremely happy; despite the utter cockup by these moron's!

It's a shame they're going by the name "busybeesflourist.co.uk" as there is another, well established florist by the same name, out there but ".com" who these douchebags are probably trying to get clout from. Maybe that's the plan(?). Who knows!

Anyway, STAY CLEAR!

On the 25/03/2025 I place an order of £73.98p including delivery for my mother inlaws funeral 01/04/2025! These were not delivered....10 emails later still no refund or apology, still waiting as they are waiting to talk to the DPD courier....I wish I had read reviews before , shocking , happy to take your money service appalling....they implied it was my fault this was actually on the day of the funeral , just feel I have been scammed out off £74 and I hope people research this site I haven't written any defamatory, content its how I feel scammed and the rest is factual this would be busybees as they know i have written on here very sad indeed

Terrible customer service. Flowers were delivered 3 days after the ordered date and they refused to refund the day after they weren’t delivered and made very lame excuses. And the flowers were not good after delivery, nothing like the photos. Do not deal with these people.

they arrived 24 hoyrs latem when they arrived i was embarrased i paid £44 for extra large flowers, shocking i could off got a much better flowers from the garage and more than half the price SHOCKING
