Rubbish company flowers were late even when I ordered in advance and wrong flowers turned up

I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. I ordered flowers for a friend at 10am. I only chose the company as I searched for florists local to me with same-day delivery. I paid £7.99 for same-day delivery. They didn't get delivered that day, with no notification or apology. I emailed to be told I would receive an upgrade. The flowers that arrived were nothing like the ones I ordered and most certainly didn't look like any sort of upgrade. Very disappointed.

Do not use busy bees florist! I wish I had read reviews before ordering from them. I placed my order for the same day delivery and paid money for the delivery. When it didn’t arrived I thought it’s a scam. I could not reach anyone on the phone, so I wrote an email and asked for a full refund if the flowers did not arrive by 12 noon next day. Margaret sent me an apology and promised to look into this in the morning. Flowers didn’t arrive next morning and no one contacted me with an update. I was calling again. This time got through. No apologies from the company. They absolutely ignored the fact that flowers were ordered for the same day delivery and money for the delivery had been paid. They promised to refund money for the delivery and said that the flowers are in the van, so I should expect delivery that day. Flowers were not delivered for the birthday and we were setting off for travelling, so for the delivery no one would be in the house to get the flowers. Busy bees said it’s ok, we will leave them by the front door. I couldn’t believe that they are treating their costumes like that! Four days since I was promised the refund for the delivery and I don’t have it. I have to chase them again, but don’t believe I will get any results. Don’t use them!

Absolute shower of a company. Website allows you to select a date for delivery, but when you query that they haven’t been delivered it’s because I didn’t order the right product - why allow me to then? Then DPD just dropped it anywhere but this company blame everything on DPD and take no responsibility themselves. The receptionist at my wife’s place of work had to ring the company to find out who the flowers were actually for because there was no recipient on it. All this after, several phone calls and emails by me to try and locate the flowers and my wife finally receiving them the next day. Zero accountability by this company. The flowers were not cheap either.

Order for next day delivery to an office due to retirement and flowers a s chocolates don’t arrive. Communication awful promised a call them and email received neither and now a very embarrassed manager - will update tomorrow if I get a response as their offices are now closed.

Dreadful experience. Firstly they missed the birthday, despite taking the order in plenty of time. When we chased this they were utterly unapologetic. When the (mostly filler, very few flowers) finally arrived, after the birthday had passed, the vase we paid extra for LEAKED. We reported this and were told to put a bag inside it! That their vases were not made to hold water!?

We asked for a reimbursement and the customer service agent became aggressive. Now they are ignoring all communication. We have not been refunded. Additionally they also sent the wrong chocolates - a cheaper brand than we chose and paid for.

DO NOT USE!!

First off they have done very clever SEO for their website.. So when you search for local flowers.. or flowers (followed by your towns name) it will pop up… but they are not!

Also I can’t find a google profile for them, as they probably know it would get inundated with negative reviews..

Purchased flowers for my partner on Valentine’s Day.. Full of white bugs which has now infested her kitchen for days! She has deep cleaned, bug bombed and bleached for days now.. probably going to have to get an exterminator..

They were also not worth displaying as they were not fresh at all! They had started to turn brown in places with a sticky feel before they arrived..

Poor customer service as well! Told me they had no complaints about any of their flowers recently.. yet all the reviews below say differently.. They either don’t check or more than likely don’t care!

Sent them pics and videos of the issue as requested but still no refund and they are now ignoring my emails.

Highly recommend to stay away!!!

Ordered flowers for my wife for valentines day , had ordered 3 days prior,no flowers turned up ,emailed them said had been dispatched turned up next day on front door step,we were out ,no card put through door ,any one could of walked a way with them, terrible service ,just wish I had read reviews as this seems to be occurring over and over again, first and last time stay clear of this company ,

Oh what can I say. From start to finish a great experience. From a very last minute call frantically trying to organise a valentines gift for my wife having been let down on delivery of her main gift, Sarah and the team jumped to action. A wonderful bunch of roses arrived at our door on Valentine’s Day afternoon as requested. Greatly appreciated and what a beautiful bunch we received. Thank you to the entire team.

Flowers didn’t show up for my sisters birthday - do not use busybee florist. I am livid. Absolute scam. Nearly £50 for a no show. Diabolical

I used them for Valentines. Arrived on time as described. Would it got a 5* but I too thought I was buying local otherwise all good

The flowers I received today were A DAY LATE. What good is that? The small buds at the top of the stems had all been knocked off. There was no flower food included. I think, for the price you would have charged, this is NOT a good service. F Davies Oswestry Shropshire

Take money don't deliver no one to resolve issue with robbery really paying for that special day for my daughter and not getting the flowers

Delivery missed selected date. Turned up 2 days later. Emailed support and they've never got back in touch (11 days later). Worst experience ever. Avoid at all cost.

Took my money. Didn't deliver. When I emailed then chasing. They couldn't do day I choose said they messaged my yet not email no call. Why take money if you can't do ther service. Slammed being closed for Christmas which was almost 3 weeks ago. Still waiting for a refund avoid at all costs

Ordered a "Shabby Chic - Extra Large" bouquet for my wife's birthday.
Received the next day as requested......5 stars.
However the bouquet itself could have come from the local garage in terms of size and quality. The flowers are not fresh, the roses especially have started to dry out after one day. £42.00 for a £10.00 supermarket bunch that should have been reduced to a fiver.
Not good enough....I would never consider buying from this company again.....
The order was supplied by Prestige Flowers......?? Absolutely no Busybees branding on packaging.

Busy Bees Florist or Ellie Powers Flowers !!! Absolutely atrocious unscrupulous company ..avoid like the plague .... Firstly they're not local as they claim to be. Usually the experience of buying and sending flowers is a hugely rewarding and a nice thing but not with this company ..they don't deliver and chase you later making out it's all your fault it didn't happen as it should !!!!?

Ordered a bouquet in November and paid additional fee for same day delivery. Yet flowers were delivered only on next day... and I wasn't informed. As at now, despite my mail requests, there has been no refund of the same day delivery charges.
Very lousy customer service. Poor communication and charging for unexecuted services ...
