Ordered a costume from Buy-cosplay in an XL and they shipped me a Medium. Tried to contact them to return it but they did not get back to me. So now I'm stuck with a costume I don't want and had to pay for. It also took forever to receive the costume and it wasn't the same quality as the picture - it was made up of different material. Avoid ordering from this company!

Ordered a costume and the latest delivery date was October 21. I did not receive the costume in time for my party on Oct 29. When I complained they would not issue me a refund or pay for the label to return the item. False and deceptive conduct.

Nur abzocke! Habe die falsche Größe bekommen, hab aber nur die Hälfte des Geldes zurück bekommen, da ich sonst das Kostüm zurück schicken müsse für über 30€. Das Kostüm war 60€ lohnt sich also nicht. Von wegen zurück senden ist so einfach wie es auf der Seite steht. Bestellt dort lieber nichts.

Arrived a week late after paying for express delivery. Contacted them via e-mail to schedule return to no reply. Absolutely poor and a company that's clearly out to make a quick buck at the customers expense. Judging by the sheer volume of poor reviews on here I can safely say I'm not wrong. Stay well clear.

Spider-Man/ Milena Morales Kostüm gekauft. Extra nach den Maßangaben auf der Homepage geschaut und entsprechend bestellt. Ich: etwas über 180cm groß und schlank, das Kostüm Adult 180 bestellt.
Theoretisch sollte es perfekt passen, praktisch ist es aber wie ein XS-Kostüm. Da passt vielleicht ein Kind rein, aber kein Mann, der 180cm groß ist. Etwas über 3 Wochen auf das Paket gewartet, absoluter Reinfall. Bestellt auf der Seite bloß nichts.

Strange website how it seems to fly under the radar on the Google review system but still appears in shopping search items.

I never received any tracking information with my purchase which arrived late. I tried contacting them 3 times with no response. When it came it was not as per the sizes advertised and purchased so I raised a complaint through PayPal. This seems to have prompted them into life but they are denying any wrongdoing and refusing a return or refund.

Avoid at all cost.

Un gros zéro, acheté le 8 octobre. Bon suivi jusqu'à ce qu'il me fasse payer les frais pour envoi rapide .
Ensuite plus rien, aucun suivi de colis, l'adresse courriel ne répond plus.
Payé par PayPal, j'ai demandé un remboursement. J'attends la suite.

Ordered a costume on Oct 8th. Never received it. Had to ask for a tracking number because I never got one. The tracking number only tracks the package in China, Chinapost. It's now October 27th I still haven't received it. They haven't given me new tracking number and then not responding to my emails anymore. Going to go to my bank and charge back the transaction. What are they going to do ban me from using them anymore, like I would care.

Bestellt nicht auf dieser Seite!!!! Es sind Betrüger. Die Kostüme werden viel zu spät geliefert. Die Qualität ist furchtbar! Es stinkt übel nach Chemikalien. Die Größen eine Katastrophe. Und man kann die Kostüme nicht zurücksenden weil DHL, Hermes keine Pakete nach China annehmen!!! (An die angegebene Adresse)
Man wird verarscht. Sein Geld sieht man nie wieder.
Der Verkäufer antwortet auf meine Mails nicht.

I ordered a costume on 10/23 and paid for expedited shipping because they said it would be guaranteed by 10/28. Costume didn't come until 11/1. I figured I would hold it for next year, but then I saw they sent the wrong size. I ordered a small. They sent a large. I reached out 10+ times with no response. I filed a dispute with PayPal. The seller told them they would allow me to return it if I paid the shipping ($62 - order was $163). PayPal said they would reimburse me the shipping so I agreed. The address the seller provided wasn't a valid address. USPS had no idea how to even write it because it didn't make sense. PayPal reached out to the seller again and got a 2nd address. I went to USPS and Customs rejected the address. I submitted the email thread with the seller where I emailed 15+ times over 2 weeks and they never responded so paypal refunded me finally.

Absolutely disgraceful business. Most definitely a scam. Paid a lot of money and they said I'd receive emails with information but I never did, it wasn't until I opened a case on PayPal they started replying. I'm hoping to get my money back. Never ever buy any from this scam of a business. Despicable and disgusting

Paid for express delivery still took over a moth to arrive and the costume look nothing like the pictures complete waste of money

SHOCKING.. AVOID...If I could give 0 I would. Ordered and paid 20 quid express 3 business day delivery on 19th...still not arrived and NO response back from customer services!!!!
I WANT A FULL REFUND...THE FULL COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE...A MANAGER TO RESOLVE THIS OR GIVE ME THE CEO CONTACT!!!!!

I would give 0 stars but doesn't let me, word of advice avoid this con artists site at all costs. Ordered an outfit and paid extra for quick shipping, 1 month later and not a single dispatch notification or item and no response from emails, ended up having to get refunded by PayPal and try and find cosplay elsewhere

Peter and buy-cosplay.com is the worst company I have ever dealt with online. Their website is set up to appear from North America, but all items ship from China. The shipping estimates listed on the website are complete lies. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS. It is not worth the trouble.

my worst experience ever no communication at any point of purchase. Paid for premium delivery service which was pointless as made no difference for delivery time. Tried to complain wouldn’t even reply to me. Hope my review sways people to go elsewhere.

I ordered 2 Halloween Costumes on October 20, 2021 on the Chinese website, but made it look like it was an American website. On the website, it stated that if I want my items before Halloween, I would have to pay Express Shipping (which should take 3 business days). It also stated on the website that it only takes 1-2 processing days. On October 22, I received an email stating that my items were shipped, and here's my tracking number and a link. The tracking number did not work. I email them that my tracking did not work even after 3 days. I realize that was my order number, not my tracking. They later sent me a different tracking number and said it was DHL. That's when I realize it's a Chinese company. I also tracked it and it said that "Shipment information received" on October 25. That means that DHL hasn't even receive any packages yet. I played the waiting game until October 31 (Halloween Day). It still did not arrived! I emailed them back saying I would like a refund because I was lied to and they did not fulfil their promise. Despite not answering me emails too. On October 31, they sent me another email of a different TRACKING NUMBER for DHL too. I told them I want to cancel the order and for them to send back the packages. They said that they cannot cancel the order because it was already shipped out. No no no, if you contact the shipping company they will send back to package to the owner and if you refuse to accept the package, they will send it back. I know my shipping information. The fact that I ordered since October 20, I was promised that it would arrive before OCt 31 if I paid Express Shipping of an additional $35 on top of my costumes, and it said 1-2 processing days! My order was disregarded by them and I did not have a Halloween Costume and the fact that they gave me multiple tracking numbers and did not send out my package until October 29(Which will also not arrive in time for Halloween since it's from china). They ignore my emails, ignore my order. They do not deserve my money and they have wasted my time. I have emails as proof, but there is no option to attach files. If they had sent out my costumes like I was promised, this would not have happen. I emailed them to cancel my order and that I want a FULL REFUND, but I couldn't get a refund and I have been ignored ever since then.
