Hi Peter,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the valuation of your device.
We make our condition guidelines very clear and this is why we had to revalue your device as it did not match the condition you selected. But as we state you can accept the revalue or you can reject it if you disagree and we will ship it back to you for free without any hassle.
We hope to see you trade in with us again in the future.
Thanks!

Deceptive company
I had a really disappointing experience with this company. They quoted me a decent price for my phone online, but after I sent it in, they suddenly reduced the offer by almost 75%. Phone was perfect. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
To make things worse, when I declined the revised offer and asked for my phone back, it was returned with lots of things missing. The whole process felt misleading and unnecessarily stressful.
I wouldn’t recommend using this service.

Scammers
Scammers, offers is not what you get online when you submit all details. They also don’t mind your things or return everything if you don’t proceed with their offer. No contact number if you have concerns. Avoid at all costs.
