Ordered a couple hats. Was charged and never recieved. Didn't receive a reply to email to company.
Called bank to cancel transaction...
Then after several weeks, get an email from hat company with survey for their service..
What a joke will never order from them.

I bought a Doo Rag with the US Flag stars and stripes. I costed a few dollars more because of the design. I really liked the flag design so I bought it and waited for it to get to me.To my surprise, what arrived was not what I ordered at all. It would have been nice as well as professional to at least ask whether I would accept another design. There is no phone contact, only an email address. Doesn't look like anyone is the slightest concerned after taking my money for something I never ordered. I would be shocked if I EVER hear from anyone there. For me, I learned this is a place I will never buy from again. I support our military but you are still choosing to run a business, and as such there is such thing as as being up front. It was not my fault that the order was wrong. I wanted what I ordered. Ok so it doesn't bother you if I don't buy from you anymore. You got me. But I hope someone reads this and decides to use a little more discretion before giving you one thin dime. Seriously, do not buy from this vendor. Finally heard back after 3 emails in which I asked for some kind of resolution. Only heard from them after this review. I sent 3 emails and they say just let us know and it would be resolved (my words). Still waiting........Bottom line..I sent good money, They sent the wrong item. That is my responsibility. Their responsibility is to send what I ordered. Still waiting.. I sent the emails on the email address they give on their website. It's simple... the email address they give on their website is the way to contact about the order they screwed up. I am not allowed to send the information of any email address via this review line. Again I sent the information 3 times to the email on their own website. If they did not get it then the information is incorrect on their own website where it says contact.

I order 3 skull caps and only 1 arrived. They would not or did not believe me and fixed the issue, will never recommended a company that will do this especially to us veterans.

And they did not rule in your favor I already gave the one to a spouce of a marine that passed away during combat. I was told to send it back for a refund and of course I could not do that. I didn't have it anymore so I decided to close the dispute

I ordered the do rag cap for my husband. We ordered them as head coverings for our work in the hospital during Covid. We were required to wear head coverings during our shift and these fit the bill. My husband continueoto wear his at work and the original one I prefer has now worn out. I ordered 2 more since he requested getting the same one because he feels they are good quality, he likes the sweat band in them and they are American/Veteran made and supported.
I also suggested them to friends who are motorcycle riders and they are pleased with their order as well! Ty!! Great product and very well o.

My husband really liked the skull caps/doo rags I bought him, especially the wider band around it. They fit perfect, look great, and provide a covering for his shaved head when needed. Great for working out, too.

Well I ordered 2 Air Force do rags an got 2 Navy, thought I had it straightened out, but they only shipped 1. But they did send a return envelope for the 2 Navy do rags. Called an told them they only shipped
1 an they wouldn't get the Navy ones til I got another Air Force one. It finally came with an added bonus of another do rag for an apology, which was great. Being a Air Force vet I like the quality of y'alls do rags, but I hope I never have a FUBAR like that again!
