I had a very good experience with this company. My item was wrapped nicely and arrived in expected time. They also were able to ship the item at a better rate then originally expected and refunded the money.

Never again
I ordered a t-ball bat for my grandson but I didn't know that it was used. The bat had a lot of scratches and scuff marks and the tape was all discolored and lifting. I didn't bother trying to return it because i didn't want the hassle.

Our Company was transparent about the USED condition of the item in question. Additionally, we also posted images regarding the product's condition. Our company sells 'New' and 'Used' products. Every product page on our site, has item specs, description and full detailed images about the condition of each item. Returns are always handled efficiently and professionally within a 30 day period.

Update to Ezmonsterdeals response: USPS (at least here) lies, does Not deliver as said, miss delivers to wrong box, More than a few times, not just us. Especially During the Snow OUT when No one was on the roads... Rain, Sleet, Hail... NOT Here!! U may have to change U'r carrier if U wish to keep in business? waist of $$$ that i do not have.
????"UPDATE: 4/28/21 - Item was delivered, .... and sat at the U.S. post office for months. ???? if delivered... Why was it Sitting @ PO for MONTHS??? ie: NOT DELIVERED! SNOW & ICE... P.O. stayed home, like everyone else w/No Power for a Week!
Despite our efforts in trying to assist buyer, the U.S. post office returned item as a result of being unclaimed goods. >UNCLAIMED?? I received No Notice of this! How could I claim???<<<

We were in constant communication with this person, by providing steps and instructions online. Item was delivered on February 20, 2021 at 11:37 am Delivered, In/At Mailbox PFLUGERVILLE, TX 78660. We understand buyer's frustration, and found that the post office did deliver the product by calling support at USPS 1 (800) 275-8777. We apoligize you are dissatisfied with our service, but the item does show delivery time and date. Thank you and we wish you the best with future endeavors.

I ordered some fandom items and they got to where I live very quickly, even during times of harsh weather they came in great. It also helped that they provided a pen with my purchase and another goodie.
