Sobre Buy Nicotine Pouches
Escrito pela empresa
BuyNicotinePouches.co.uk was built by two guys who wanted to help the world's smokers find healthier alternatives to cigarettes. One way or the other, we've been working to achieve this since 2012. Combined, we have more than 30 years of experience in the nicotine sector. This is one project that we feel really good about. We're convinced that nicotine pouches will play a very positive role in the journey to help smokers quit cigarettes.
We also realized there was a big problem for current consumers of nicotine pouches to get high-quality brands in the UK. This is why we launched buynicotinepouches.co.uk. Nicotine pouches from across the world stocked and shipped from right here in the United Kingdom.

Great customer service
Wonderful service from Josh as always. He has always been helpful and goes out of his way to answer my queries.
Always a satisfactory and pleasant shopping experience with this company. They are my go-to; I've never shopped anywhere else but them.

Hi Ell, we’re very sorry to hear this and also sorry if you didn’t receive a response from us. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have.
If some of the pouches were faulty or not sealed correctly, we’d like to put this right for you. Please contact us again with your order number and a couple of photos of the affected tubs/pouches and we’ll review this as a priority.
We take product quality seriously and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Shameful
Scam company
I have ordered a few times from here and received my order correctly but some cans tasted funny and the ingredients labels missing now I have worked out what they do when their cans go out of date they remove the labels or stick 1 of their own reorder labels over the date.
So bad I’m sure that’s breaking laws somewhere.
DONT BUY STICK WELL CLEAR SCAMMERS !!!

Hi Hugh, we’re sorry to read this and take comments like this very seriously.
We do not remove date labels to disguise products, and we would never knowingly send anything we believe to be unsuitable. In some cases, certain tubs may arrive from suppliers with different label formats, importer labels, or over-stickers, but we understand why this may have caused concern. I think you might have us mistaken with another company as we dont ship to spain.
We would genuinely like the opportunity to review this properly for you. Please contact us directly with your order details and clear photos of the tubs in question so we can investigate with the supplier and resolve this fairly.

Hi Dean, thank you for the fantastic review. We’re really pleased your first order went well and that you found a product that works for you.
Great to hear you were happy with the delivery and the free gift too. We look forward to welcoming you back when you’re ready to reorder.
Absolute scam company
Absolute scam company, well I say company it’s far from a company.
Ordered 2 packs and received just one and a so called free gift that was terrible (that’s the reason it was free, stock he cant sell).
He said he checked the ‘cctv” and they definitely put 3 packs in the box.
Firstly it’s against the law in the uk to use CCTV to watch over any employee, so that’s absolutely rubbish that they checked the cctv.
Secondly the customer service by calling your customer a liar is appalling.
Total scam, he will send you anything he has in stock regardless to what you’ve ordered. Stay well clear. The positive reviews are fake as.

Hi Simon, we’re sorry you were unhappy with your experience.
To be clear, our intention is never to suggest that a customer is being dishonest. When an order discrepancy is reported, we review our packing process and order records to understand what may have happened, but this should always be communicated respectfully.
We’re sorry if our handling of this left you feeling otherwise. If you would still be willing to contact us with your order details, we would welcome the opportunity to review the matter again and try to resolve it fairly.
I didn't get my products
UPDATE:
The company reached out to me with a very nice apology and offer to correct the mistake. I chose a refund, which they promptly issued. I appreciate their handling of the matter.
-
Buy Nicotine Pouches sent me 7 cans of the incorrect products, and did not send the free can as promised on their website. I emailed them asking them to please send the 7 cans that I had ordered, and they responded that they would only do this if I sent back the cans that they sent me by mistake.
I explained that it's not fair for me to spend my time, energy, and money to fix THEIR mistake. They did not change their position and hence I will not buy from them again.
If you want the products you actually order, I recommend going elsewhere.

Hi Tom, thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry the delivery did not meet expectations.
If you paid for express delivery, we completely understand your disappointment. Once dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier, but we know that doesn’t make the delay any less frustrating from your side.
We appreciate you highlighting this and will continue to monitor delivery performance closely.
Good
I was excited about trying the pearls rather than vaping to get my nicotine hit.
I was puzzled why I could not get them out. Contacted the seller and they resolved my issue. Thank you for sending replacement out so quickly
