Do not buy from this company I ended up requesting a charge back from my bank. They use a 3rd party seller who does not respond to your query of where is the product? when is it going to be delivered etc this company is a scam
I am getting no response from this website.
Site seems to be down since more than a week.
I am going to raise a complain to National Fraud Intelligence Bureau and National Cyber Security Centre as this website has scammed me.
Not received order. No reply to emails. Have requested refund but nothing. Don’t trust this site, never order anything from them. Update automatic reply to email to say Tom Owen whom they say email has now left company and no longer associated with them. Clearly not updated there contact details online. Dodgy as anything avoid at all costs and contact your bank
Placed an order over a month ago , still nothing has arrived . Several Emails with the vendor “vitamins uk” who keep telling me they are waiting for stock to be delivered.
No response from buy to give despite them being Ccd in every email

Ordered a deodorant on the 11th January, it is now March and I still haven’t received my order. Contacted Buy to Give and also Vitamins.uk with no real response. Absolutely shocking DO NOT BUY from these companies

Wish I had read reviews before buying from this website in December 2025.
Same experience as many others. Ordered and paid for goods that were not received. Contacted company via support email on original order. After numerous promises to send out an alternative product that never materialised, I asked for a refund 4 weeks after placing order.
Several frustrating emails later when refund was not received, I actioned chargeback with my bank.
Hilariously, then the fun and games commenced.
The lovely Tom from Buy to Give got in touch. We have become firm friends with our daily emails over the past 4 weeks.
He kindly pointed out that this whole mess is basically my fault. I should have contacted Buy to Give when the goods failed to arrive, I stupidly contacted the vendor instead of them. This was the first time I had any notion that Buy to Give represented many vendors, I just thought I was being charitable buying through a website that gave back. Silly me!
Then he is insisting that the only way I can get a refund is to withdraw the charge back with my bank and then they can release the refund. I believe that to be the case has he quotes this quite eloquently in many of the reviews placed on here. God forbid, they refund me AND my bank refunds me too.
The problem with this however, is after 8 weeks of taking my hard earned money, failing to deliver the goods and the promised replacement, failing to refund BEFORE I requested charge back from my bank, I think it is quite reasonable to assume that my mate Tom is not likely to honour his word and refund me my money as soon as I’ve cancelled the chargeback with my bank. I feel that is not unreasonable to assume this, and I’m unwilling to take the chance on that happening. So I’m going to wait until my bank finishes their investigations and take a chance on getting the money back from them.
I will miss my email correspondence with Tom, as will my work colleagues as they wait every day for his responses so we can have a good laugh in work everyday. But I feel it’s time our friendship has come to a natural close…you shouldn’t really hold on to something when you are clearly being gaslighted by the other party.
However, on a serious note….I really would not like anyone else to have a similar experience to myself and several others on here, especially if like me they really can’t afford to lose their hard earned money.
Stay clear and give your money to a charity that will appreciate it.

I have added a star, although I am conflicted. This company responded to my review, so although I tried to submit an enquiry twice through their website in an attempt to contact them, I then sent the following email to the email address in their response. This has subsequently bounced back 3 times. However I have received a refund! Sadly I probably wouldn't shop with them again, as they do seem impossible to contact, despite saying they'd had no communication from me, I did receive my money back, but perhaps this was because I had to get my Bank involved.

I checked out as a Guest initially and as the only way I could contact the seller through your site was to create an account, I tried to do this. When I try to log in, I get the message below

The Order No. was 1165544, which has now been cancelled and you emailed me yesterday.
I trust I will receive the refund, when I do I will amend my review on Trustpilot accordingly. I have found it hard to contact you, so not a great first experience, however I believe your "Seller" Vitamins UK are the scam company, not yourselves, but it is clear from Reviews on their website that they don't supply the goods or money back. I would question if you should continue to use this Company which is damaging your reputation.

Order wasn't fulfilled, so requested a refund. Was told a refund had been issued, and was given a timeframe for receiving my payment back.
Timeframe has passed, still chasing up about a refund.
Would highly recommend avoiding.

Total rubbish. On 27 Jan I ordered 6 bottles of wella setting lotion. Heard nothing. Tried contacting company through buy to give but can’t even login. Tried multiple times. This is a scam. Do not use this site.

You are right I did sign is as a guest, but when the goods failed to arrive I searched for a way to contact you, but found no reference to support@buytogive in your website. I suggest you make clear reference to it there. Then I tried to Register with you, but because my email was already in the system it insisted that I was recognised and should log in. I tried multiple times to beat this but couldn’t. I am no expert but I shouldn’t need to be to get help from a supplier. If I hadn’t gone to trustpilot I would still be waiting.
I would still like the goods and when I get them I will withdraw my dispute with my bank and remove reference to a scam in my review.

I ordered a can of Dior Fharenheit Deodorant spray 12 days ago. I’ve not received my order although the amount of £38:22 was debited from my bank immediately , no communication re progress of my order! I have bow emailed them to inform them if I dont receive it within 10 days I expect a full refund, I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before I engaged with them!

Ordered facial cleanser almost 3 weeks ago. Heard nothing and a week ago so emailed Vitamins Uk to ask what was happening. This is the company that was fulfilling the order. Was told I would get a tracking number the next day. Nothing. So emailed again yesterday and was told they would investigate.
I have given 2 stars for the easy purchase and the fact they at least respond to emails. But I would not use them again as they seem too unreliable. Pity as I used them due to their charity angle.
Update on 4Feb. I still had no product at the end of January so emailed to say that if they could not provide me with it in a week then to cancel the order. I received an email to say it would be delivered within a week. A week later I get an email to say that the order has been cancelled and a refund provided. I haven’t received a refund yet , though it will hopefully come in the next few days. That is now 6 weeks since the order was originally placed. Its really not good enough and therefore would not use the company again.

I find it extremely surprising that when on Tuesday 6th of Jan, ONLY AFTER I INFORMED the RETAILER THAT I HAD OPENED A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD PROVIDER TO GET MY MONEY BACK, IMMEDIATELY I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER AND RECEIVED THE PRODUCT this morning! What a coincidence. Something isn't right there. What if I hadn't informed my bank? I was polite initially in my initial follow ups but I was consistently wrongly advised about delivery date and your'middle man' kept that ongoing. The inconsistency in the advice, lack of provision of tracking number and incredible delay and lack of clear reassuring explanation for the delay and lack of apology made me suspicious and I panicked as I believed I was dealing with scammers. Why would I waste my precious time and energy sending follow up emails every day as you say? Your customer service team and your middle man that you do business with the vitaminsuk.com made me do that by their conduct. That resulted in my extreme anger, frustration and upset. Something isn't right there! That is a testament of your Poor customer services. I should have read the reviews of other customers prior to baking a purchase from Buy2Give..As another customer stated, I received no apology for the delay, for my frustration Which brought out the worst in me as thought I was losing £380! Take this as a lesson learnt and train your team...Not once you apologised. All other negative reviews are true. I already indicated that I purchased a premium Sisley skin care product costing £380 before Christmas and you lied to me more than once about delivery date. You have lost your credibility.
I contacted Buy2give and they give Very short careful answers without apologising. Be careful and do NOT shop from them. Their website does not even exist when I click on the order confirmation email (they must have fixed it now after I flagged it).
1. Buy2give DOES NOT accept PayPal!!!
2. they have not provided a tracking number.
3. They have not even shipped the order even after 3 weeks.
4. They charge you delivery (pocketing the money as their bonus) with whoever they do share work with
5. Their website doesn't exist with an error message "page not found" appearing every time I click on the company logo/name in the order confirmation email. Very suspicious. When I informed them, to my shock they advised me to email my concern to the same email!
5. They ignore your frustration.

They never apologise to disgruntled customers or seek to provide meaningful solutions. Wholly disrespectful and argumentative responses on here. ..Never wrong!.. are you special? (for the avoidance of doubt - no. ) I can’t stand companies like this- I would never order from here because of the content of their idiotic self justifying responses.

I can't fault the service. I ordered on Friday 5th December and items arrived on Wednesday 10th December. I read the poor reviews for Buy to Give and Vitamins UK (who my items where from) and I thought I was going to have a problem. But the item is exactly as described and arrived in quick time. Would purchase again.
