From start to finish the process was enjoyable. Nicola called me and we had a long chat about what I want and ideas etc, they phoned a few times before my booking to ensure I had everything I needed and to clear up any questions I may of had. When I got there everyone was so lively and friendly, my photographer Pauline made me so comfortable and at ease with my body and being photographed. I loved the whole day and would definitely recommend and do it again myself

Bump boudoir, putting Mum to be first.
I had a bump boudoir experience at Ilkeston. The whole team from booking to choosing my pictures were amazing. I was nervous because I'm on maternity leave & was worried about pressure to buy pictures but i needn't have- they were respectful, honest & kind. The pictures were beautiful & have captured both my personality & the pregnancy. I think in pregnancy its easy to focus on bump, these pictures captured ME so felt less generic. I had afternoon tea: I'm coeliac, the team were very clued up- i felt comfortable eating & wasn't poorly! This is a big deal as anyone with autoimmune/ allergies/ intolerances will agree with. Thankyou so much.

An incredible experience! I actually cried as I didn’t recognise myself! I’ve become body conscious as I’ve aged, so decided to step out of my comfort zone for my 50th Birthday. The whole day was amazing from start to finish! Makeup, hair, the shoot, afternoon tea, all was lovely! I would definitely recommend. All the team were so welcoming, friendly and Paulina the photographer was one of the nicest ladies I have ever met! Completely made me feel at ease and made me feel wonderful. Can’t stop looking at my pictures and has definitely put me on a high. Would highly recommend !!

First off... nicola and her team are amazing!! What these ladies do is something you won't find anywhere else! Twice I have been to the studio now and each time I can honestly say I've come out feeling a different woman. From the welcome, to the pampering all the way through to viewing your images you a treated like a queen.
I opted to choose to take home all my images.. 150 images!!! 150!!! And the price I paid each time was amazing. All packages and prices are clearly set out, including on the website. The website is full of information and if you have any question all the ladies are more than willing to help. If it weren't for people like nicola setting up a business like this, us ladies with confidence blips would be lost as to how to get that spark back again, so thank yiu nicola for doing what you have done.
Coming from a photography background myself, I tend to stay behind the camera where I felt most comfortable, now I couldn't give a monkeys what I look like in front of a camera 😁♥️xx

Perfect Experience but a bit £££
The whole day was lovely! I don’t often do things just for me but to do this is really some me time, being pampered and made to feel so sexy was awesome.
All the staff were amazing, happy to answer all questions, chatty and really only pushes you as far as you want to go. The experience feels very private and allows you to really relax into just feeling yourself!
As part of the experience you receive afternoon eat which was very basic. However it was a nice break to sit while waiting to view your images.
With the package I got one free A4 print, as much as I love my image I would have preferred the cost to be more friendly to all budgets. I know finance is offered however I feel £1700 for 58 images or £125 for each image is mental. I paid £1900 for my wedding photographer all day and I got all my images. It takes so much confidence to do this shoot that it’s very disheartening to only be able to afford the free print, sexy should be available to everyone? As a winner of a free shoot more image choices would have been great, even 2 A5 or 1 A4 would be better!
I would 100% do this all again so I could save and buy a few more images. They whole thing was lovely and would recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience from start to finish. I have never been the most confident person and thought a photoshoot like boudoir would really help to bring my confidence up just that little bit more. Louise my makeup artist made me feel extremely comfortable and helped me to choose some colours for my makeup as it isn’t usually something I wear a lot of, I wanted a more natural look and it came out perfectly. Mel was my photographer and she put me at so much ease and was so professional and knew exactly how to pose me to make me look and feel beautiful in every shot. Nicola viewed my photos with me, she was absolutely lovely and really made me feel even more beautiful when viewing the photos and going through every single one. The afternoon tea was a lovely little addition and a nice treat to have whilst waiting for the photos. My photos were edited by Ash and they couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s not a cheap experience by any means but the cost of everything is worth it for what you are getting. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and couldn’t thank the entire team enough.

Empowering Experience with Tassles (literally, if you want them!)
11 months after a baby, with a traumatic delivery, self-employed and working in the final stage of my PhD I didn't feel like myself at all. The staff here were not only talented, passionate, kind and sensitive, they were energetic, positive and seemed thrilled to have me there which made me feel so welcome. I came out feeling completely different to how I walked in.

A real confidence boost
The team is absolutely lovely and make you feel very comfortable during the whole experience. My make up was lovely and it was nice to do something just for me.
My photos are incredible, when I look at them I see what my husband sees when he looks at me rather than what I see when I look in the mirror. Real confidence boost, thank you!
The only thing was the afternoon tea was a bit plain but grateful to be fed while my pictures were being edited.

Amazing empowering experience
From start to finish I was made ti feel like I matter. Kim did my hair and make up , she made me feel like I was beautiful . Mel took the pics and wow they are amazing. Nicola did the viewing with me and even provided tissues which I needed. I could believe it was me in the pics. An amazing experience that I would highly recommend. I've come away feeling more confident but most of all feeling empowered !! Thank you guys 😊

Empowering, safe and enjoyable…
Thankyou to the team for making my experience so enjoyable and safe. The makeup artist Lucy has inspired me to be more confident with makeup. Elise put me at ease when the pictures were being taken and Nicola made me feel so comfortable when viewing my pictures. I was really worried that I wouldn’t like a single picture but I managed to select 11 and couldn’t believe that that was me in those photos. I would 100% recommend. It is such a positive and empowering experience. Just what I needed to build up my confidence again! Thank you so much! X
