If a company doesn't value you at Christmas, it's hard to value them.
Can't believe you charged me £5 for a gift box at your store at The Boulevard, Banbridge. After that I only bought one present, buying another 6 at Clairns who gave me beautiful presentation boxes with bows and 20% off.

Poor Murmur design concept.
The Murmur design concept that makes the rear side of the pillowcase wider than the front side, means that the pillowcase will not iron flat without creases due to the extra material. Very disappointed in the finish. Customer services state that this is to ease fitting the pillow in the case. Other luxury brands make pillowcases that iron flat. Faulty thinking by Murmur design team. Won't be buying this 'hotel quality' brand again.
