Dear Ryoichi,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about the challenges you have experienced with your Golf.
After you reported the issue to us, we referred you to our warranty partner, Autotrust. After some time, we asked if the problem had been resolved. You briefly responded that according to the garage, there was no problem with the car and then took it upon yourself to make repairs. When you choose to work on your car on your own, it can bring risks and further complications. We offered you a second opinion at another garage, but you indicated that you did not want to wait and took matters into your own hands. In the meantime, we stayed in contact with Autotrust for updates on the situation. One of the garages informed us that a dirty jar of oil was left behind, suggesting that you had worked on the car yourself (again).
Of course, you still have a warranty, and if there is a technical defect, Autotrust will help you until the problem is resolved. However, it is a requirement that no self-repairs are carried out on the car.
We, along with Autotrust, are still here to help you resolve any issues. Please let us know if we can assist you further.
