I’m mostly to blame for this one, falling for a too good to be true Instagram ad. I was looking for activities for my toddler and impulse bought these magnetic building tiles I hadn’t seen anywhere else. Order went through in mid-Feb and two months later, absolutely nothing. After about a month the tracking details were no longer accessible and the company’s website was seemingly scrubbed from the internet. I contacted customer service and have received basic responses, asking me to be patient but never providing concrete updates or even a way to track it. Given the other reviews here, I can kiss my money goodbye!

I ordered my item on 28th February & still not received

Complete scam! Still waiting for an item i ordered in feb. They keep saying be patient blablabla. Website now disappeared. Tracking link never worked. Item Does not exist i assume!

Total Scam!
They assured me it was legit after not receiving the item we bought three months later and then suddenly poof the shop is no where to be found and no more responses from emails.
Do not trust them!

Waiting for months, I've come to the conclusion been scammed.
When it comes to checking view order or tracking, the page appears and says exact words below.

Ordered on 6th Feb. in the middle of March I contacted them and I got a reply.
Please be patient… blabla bla

According to track number, package was delivered on 7 April, in the evening, when I was at home. So it looks to be a fake track number.

I contacted them again, but no replies and shop is unavailable at this point, so it looks to be scam.

Ordered on the 8th February, still waiting for my order. The website is down and tracking link from email doesn't work. Luckily I saved the tracking number and it's working when I search for it. It says its out for delivery today so let's wait and see...

Update 11th April
Didn't arrive when it said it was put for delivery. Although next day tracking said it was delivered. I was in all day and nothing came. So safe to say, a whole scam. Good news, my bank did give me back the money via charge bag. Don't fall for the cheap instagram adverts like I did! Lesson learnt!!!

Terrible website to order
Bught an item 11 Feb and today is April 6, no update, no one is contacting me and I have tried every possible means to reach out

Ordered in March. Never recieved. Poor communication. Scam. Appears website is now removed.

I player an order but the package not arrived without any contact and comunication

Do not buy from this company. It's a fake company that takes your money and has no intention of sending the fake product. I gave them lots of grace to get the product to me, but nothing. Do not waste your money. I will be reporting them

Fake tracking included then it all just disappears.
2 months ago I ordered something and not received it, it was advertised on Facebook.

Ordered something at the end of January and still haven’t received my order. All the links in the email confirmation aren’t working and the website is now unavailable! So emailed my bank and hopefully will be able to get my money back

Contacted the company on three occasions and still not received my product i would not recommend this company 😑

Without a doubt this is a scam. I've emailed 3 times for a refund. My item has never been delivered. Been waiting for a couple of months. So frustrated!

These pop up scam scam sites shouldn't be allowed to advertise on instagram and Tiktok..but unfortunately that's how they got me. The site/email doesn't open now.. and by now they'll have made x6 other sites with similar items/urls....

The website said it does not exist even after i ordered i clicked on link - i think its a scam - i have got my money back through my bank
