Mini trampoline brought as others. Said 2 wee delivery. Been 8 weeks and no one replied to emails and no trampoline turned up and now tracking number not working and website been removed

Sent 5 emails no reply last tracking was arrived in destination airport…went on today nothing
There store says no longer available and the tracking had been removed
I see on here it says it’s registered in the states but was sent from China

Ordered an embroidery stand 2 months ago and it hadn’t arrived. No reply to my emails. No customer service contact details. This company is a scam!!

It's been 36 days and still waiting for the trampoline. I was sent a tracking and I can track through the network and is moving very slow.. it has not left the shipping country yet.. I'm just hoping for it to touch UK grounds so it will be quicker. I did email the contact but no response. So long as it's moving... I would rather that then not even anything!! But will certainly not order from here! Stupid instagram adverts! They really suck you in!!!!

We order the mini trampoline got the confirmation email but nothing else. Still says it hasnt been shipped.

Mini trampoline besteld op 30/1/2026 , deze is nooit aangekomen en ik krijg geen antwoord terug ivm vragen over levertermijn. Ik kan de bestelling ook niet opvolgen.
Dit is bedrog !

I ordered a child mini trampoline since the 27th February 2026.
I received a confirmation email on the 28thFeb26, and a tracking information.

But this tracking information has turned out to be non existent since, neither item has been received.

I have sent several emails to them,
No response or resolution at all.

This business is a scam. AVOID!!!

I will be following up with my bank for my refund.

We ordered a mini trampoline for our daughter on 30th January 2026. Got a confirmation email of order. No update using tracking imformation. Email the company direct no response

When I bought the mini trampolim, the website had a lot more items for the client to choose. But on the second I payed, no items could be seen or even evaluated... I've received an email of confirmation but with no sufficient data on it to track my order's shipment.
