Returning items was terrible. They wanted me to return them to Asia. I won't be buying from them again.

This site is a drop ship site. I am pretty sure everything is from Schein and if it's not from Schein, it's definitely Schein quality. Absolutely do not order from here unless you want to pay more for Schein or Temu.

I ordered a dress ensemble on June 30, 2026 for my Mother's 97th BD Party on July 11. The website shows the company has a warehouse in Minnesota so I was comfortable placing my order. Tracking showed my order was not not going to arrive in time and that the merchandise was coming from overseas. Nevertheless the less, I reached out to the company to cancel the order.I was told they couldn't just return it upon receipt. The order came around July 13 or 14. Fortuna, I purchased my Mother a beautiful dress from Macy's before her event. The company is saying I can't have a 190 percent refund. They say I must return the product to China. Well the return address in the envelope says: Compton, CA. They claim a warehouse in Minnesota.
The material is inferior and a medium is usually an 8-10. The dress I received looks like a size 12-14. DO NOT BUY from this company. I am a senior citizen in a fixed income and do not have money to give or throw away. I am so disappointed and hurt that a company would be such scammers. BEWARE. I have filed a complaint with my Bank.

Do not order from this company if you think you may need to return. Quality of clothing was cheap, made overseas, and it was going to cost me an arm and leg to return overseas so I am stuck with the product. Company did offer a 50% credit instead but I don’t trust them as a company anymore so I will not do business with them ever again

I wanted to love the dress I purchased, but the fit was wrong - I could have gone with a smaller size so that's my fault, but the item quality was lacking and the overall fit was awkward. I contacted Walnut Grove who was very responsive and communicated professionally - They requested photos of the reason I was requesting a return so I provided them. They responded with my (3) options, none of which included a full refund and return that didn't require me to pay for shipping, restocking and possible customs fees. I should have researched more before I purchased so that's on me. Shipping took a little longer than we've all become accustomed to nowadays but now I know the item traveled from China. Thankfully, the item was inexpensive so I'm not going to pursue it further, but if you plan on making a purchase that you are not willing to eat the cost of or pay the fees to return, I would think twice. I gave them 3 stars because their customer service was professional and responsive and because I didn't fully inform myself of the return policy before I purchased.

The 30 day return window made me feel much more confident about placing my order. Buying clothes online can always be a bit of a gamble. Knowing I had plenty of time to return something if needed made the decision much easier.

My parcel took a few days to arrive but the tracking was updated regularly so I always knew where it was. Everything arrived neatly folded and looked fresh right out of the packaging.

This jumpsuit is exactly what I look for during summer. The fit feels loose without looking oversized and the lightweight fabric keeps it comfortable even on warmer afternoons.

I spent far longer browsing the sale section than I planned because there were so many nice options. My cart kept growing before I finally forced myself to narrow it down. That's probably a good problem to have.

This is a CHINESE SCAM!! Don't be fooled by the beautiful models and quality clothing! They show pictures of beautiful boho dresses, then send you horrible quality replicas that are nowhere near the size you order. Now, they did answer my email requesting a refund, but they insist I pay a restocking fee and pay for all the shipping and customs clearance fees! You have been warned!

I was really disappointed with my experience. The shoes I received were much lower quality than I expected based on the description and photos. I ordered my normal size, but they were extremely tight and nowhere close to fitting as advertised.

What made the experience even more frustrating was customer service. Every response seemed automated, and despite explaining multiple times that the issue was the poor quality and inaccurate sizing—not that I wanted a different size—I keep receiving the same generic reply offering a replacement. It felt like no one was actually reading my messages.

I wont recommend ordering from Walnut Grove based on my experience.

The dress I ordered did not look like the one I received in the mail. It was entirely too long and was poorly made. Upon contacting them to see how to return it I was asked to provide a video or pictures to verify what I said. After more back and forth they finally agreed to let me return the dress but would charge a 14.95 restocking fee plus shipping charges. This company is not reputable. Do yourself a favor and do not order from them.

My order arrived neatly packed and everything looked just like the photos. Shipping was free the tracking updates were accurate and the whole process felt simple from start to finish. I'd happily order again.

I normally buy dresses but this time I decided to try a jumpsuit instead. I'm glad I did because it's incredibly comfortable and easy to move around in. It feels like a nice change without stepping too far outside my usual style.

This jumpsuit has a more tailored look than I expected. The adjustable straps helped me get a better fit and it feels comfortable enough to wear for several hours without any issues.

This set looks much smarter than I expected from the pictures online. I've worn it for brunch shopping and even a casual dinner. It's comfortable enough for long days while still looking nicely put together.

The item displayed on the website, was not what I received. The return process is costly and timely, and worth the effort. I will never purchase from them again.

Shopping on the website was refreshingly straightforward. Finding my size choosing a color and placing the order only took a few minutes. I never felt like I was hunting through confusing menus.

I bought a few suits only because I thought the company was based in the US. 3 weeks after not receiving my items I realized they were coming from Asia. Phone number provided is not a working number and I have been going back and forth on emails for a return. Quality of the items I purchased were absolutely horrible no where near my size or anything like they were shown on the website. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IT IS A PURE SCAM AND FRAUD.

I chose a floral jumpsuit because I wanted something a little different from the usual styles. The vintage inspired print really stands out without feeling over the top. I had two friends ask where I bought it the first day I wore it.
