I bought a dress from this store and it was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. The quality is absolutely terrible, the worst I've seen in my life. The color looks nothing like what was shown online, completely different. They claim delivery takes one to three days but it actually took over ten days, which is ridiculous. It's all lies, and their website is the worst I've ever used. Please, don't buy anything from them.

I originally placed my order because the summer sale caught my attention. I wasn't expecting much beyond a good price but the shopping experience turned out to be genuinely smooth. Checkout only took a few minutes and I appreciated getting regular shipping updates.

I should have read the reviews. The clothing is cheaply made, sizing is off, and the return policy is horrible! It gets one star for responding to emails. Don't waste your money.

Walnut Grove does not really allow returns on their shoddy merchandise. When I tried to return a "jacket" that looked like a crumpled blouse made in a home ec class, first Walnut Grove demanded a picture. Then we corresponded back and forth about WHY I didn't like the item. Ultimately they wore me down and refunded 15% and I donated the blouse/jacket to Big Brothers. IF they accept a return you have to send it to China at your own expense even though they are based in Minnesota. Just avoid this company.

I've been wearing this matching outfit more often than I thought I would. It saves me from having to think about what goes together but it still looks stylish enough to wear out. Comfortable and practical is a combination I always appreciate.

Item I received was nothing like the look of the photo. Upon trying to return it, I’ve been asked to send photos, why it isn’t matching what I expected? It is nothing like the photo and it’s entirely too big. Still haven’t heard about getting a refund. Thought I was supporting a small shop and it came shipped from overseas. Would have never ordered if I had known that.

This was my first time ordering from the brand so I wasn't completely sure what to expect. The confirmation email arrived right away tracking worked properly and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. I'd definitely feel comfortable ordering again.

I have been waiting weeks to receive my coat. We thought this company manufactured their clothes in MN or at least the USA. False advertisement for certain. Still have not received my order. AND, if I want to return it, I have to pay not only shipping fees but a restocking fee. Do not order from them!

I wore this midi dress out for dinner last weekend and got a couple of compliments. It has a flattering shape without feeling restrictive so I never felt like I needed to adjust it during the evening. It's one of those outfits that looks polished with very little effort.

Everything about my experience felt straightforward. Ordering only took a few minutes the tracking updates arrived on time and my package showed up exactly when expected. It's the kind of shopping experience that makes you comfortable ordering again.

Before ordering I had a quick question about sizing and customer support got back to me sooner than expected. The reply was actually helpful instead of being copied from a template. That gave me enough confidence to place my order.

The print was very pretty but the material itself was low quality. Because the return process is so complicated, I decided to just eat the cost rather than go through the hassle of returning it.

The sleeveless jumpsuit looked nice online but I liked it even more once I put it on. The fit was much more flattering than I expected. It's simple enough to dress up or keep casual which makes it surprisingly versatile.

Do not order from this site. They send completely different items than what they show on the website and then won’t work with you on a return.

Do not believe the responses from Customer Service. They are incorrect. For example, the phone number is not working and the area code is not matching the supposed physical address. The order was “out of stock” and instead of a refund, they offered a store credit. Not a refund, but a credit. This is a scam company.

The order I placed took a long time to arrive. Once the top did arrive, I tried the blouse on and it is very large on me. I'm 5'3" and weight 100#. I have sent a couple of messages regarding the need to return for a refund. I am still waiting for those "how to return" instructions. Please, please follow up with return instructions.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They appear to be a US company and make it seem like your items will ship fast, but it really doesn’t. They come from China. Quality is cheap and does not look like the pics on their website. There is also a strong odor to the material and they are not true to size. The zippers do not work correctly. They get stuck (no they weren’t tight dresses) and one dress I could not even unzip the dress to put it on. The next day after receiving the dresses, I initiated a return request and they gave me a hassle asking me to take pictures of the issue and they go around in circles with you because they don’t want to refund you. When they do finally agree to refund you, they give you four options. 1. Keep items and get a 10% refund. 2. Receive 50% store credit….yah NO THANKS! 3. Exchange items or 4. Return items but you have to pay shipping fees, custom fees, and a 15% restocking fee PER ITEM!!!! When they do receive the items then THEY will decide how much of a refund you’re entitled to!!! SUCH A SCAM!!!!! Ive gotten much better quality items on Temu and SHEIN for a much better price!

Shipping from China took weeks. Didn't need the daily e-mails from Walnut Grove. Often just a sales pitch to buy more and "include the item in my Shipping box". The dress I ordered is NOT like the picture. No shape - big like a lounge gown. I'm 5'4" and it's to the floor not mid-calf/just below the knee.
I was hoping for a nice summer dress but receive something that I will wear around my house. I thought it was a good buy at below $40. however I could have purchased the same shapeless lounge gown for under $30. locally if that was what I was looking to buy.
Unfortunately, I will not be asking for a return/refund as Walnut Creek requires the customer to pay return shipping (international to China), duty, taxes, etc..AND an 15-18% restocking fee.
Guess I will keep the "dress" , shorten it 2+" so I can walk without tripping, and try taking it in to give it a little shape.
The only plus is the fabric. It is soft and will be comfortable to wear at home.

Products are junk. I ordered a pair of shoes. I made the assumption because of their 2 USA locations and USA phone number that they were located in the US. They are not. I believe they are drop shipping from China. I ordered my shoes 1/2 size larger than I normally wear and they were too small. You cannot understand the size info in the shoe because it's in Chinese. They are charging me a restocking fee and I have to ship them back to Asia! What a ripoff. I'm going to report them to the Federal Trade Commission for deceptive trade practices.
