Excellent drivers and great hospitality. These drivers don’t only drive you to your destination. They arrive early to pick you up and will arrive early to your destination to make your day a better day. Thanks!

I had an awesome ride. Rider was very friendly and provided a good trip.

Très bon qualité / prix. Chauffeur a l heure.
Il faudrait mettre de l eau a chaque trajet car le retour le chauffeur n avait pas mis de bouteilles a disposition. Sinon très bien

Service was excellent. The driver was good and fine.

Vielen Dank!

Very easy to book, convenient for long journeys (we travelled from Dubai to Al Ain). Car was comfortable and in great condition (inside and outside), good driver who was also very polite. I was kept well informed of the car and drivers details on WhatsApp the day before and on the day. I would use again.

We planed a day trip to Abu Dhabi from Dubai so we could visit Ferrari world and other sites. They were very helpful in booking a suitable vehicle for eight people with pick up from two hotels direct to our destination. Had the car for the whole day and we were able to visit another couple of destinations.
Driver was courteous and prompt. good communication. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend and use again.

It can be very nerve-wracking coming to a new country and not knowing which services to trust. I needed to advance-book a long journey in a new place so I googled around and this one had the best quote. I soon got a confirmation to my WhatsApp, and a little while later full details about my driver.

The driver messaged me directly so we found eachother easily and the ride was seamless, all pre-paid so there was no negotiation necessary on the drop-off point or price. Everything was sorted.

I was impressed enough that I continued booking with them, and every time had the same seamless experience. I had more confidence than I do using Uber (previously my go-to) and I always get a fair price. Super impressed!

With their constant high level of service, but not limited to follow timeline & gesture of the driver, drives me to became thrur permenant client. The helpline is alwats available and even during the journey their team is in contact with you. I feel safe, and value for my money.

My experience was really good. The drivers were really welcoming, highly recommended service which I would definitely use again

Good services

Very knowledgeable about alternative routes especially when we hit a massive traffic jam.He did his best and got us to the airport on time. Greatl service.

We booked our transfer in advance from our hotel in Dubai to Dubai airport

Unfortunately our driver picked someone else up even though we had specifically asked for a baby seat for our little girl. How could you then pick up the wrong guest?

We were then told they would try and find another car for us but it would be too late to make our flight.

We used a hotel transfer instead

Avoid this company

I had a great ride with c2c, thanks to Natenael the assigned chauffeur to me. He was polite and nice. The car is clean, working AC and have free water.
Though only the problem i had is the payment. i think they should improve their location calculation to get how much is the real price. Other than that, everything was okay.

I would like to say big thanks to that company C2C. And also big big thanks to the Very good driver Natenaeal he is very good and very friendly. Next time for sure we will order car from that company and hope with the same driver. Thank you so much 🤲🏻

It is a pleasent trip from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. Thank you Malaiki and Quwat for the arrangement and trip. You guys very helpful.

I recently booked a car with a driver from C2C a day before the trip. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and they responded promptly to all my questions. The driver even arrived early at the airport, which was much appreciated. The only minor issue was that the driver didn’t speak English (I forgot to request one). Overall, it was still a great experience, and I would definitely use their service again and recommend it to others. Thanks to Malaika & Haider 🙏

Again, excellent service for our return journey.
We had text and email confirmations in advance which was very reassuring and also the name of our driver, who happened to be the same driver as did our first journey. Umair arrived early and contacted us by text.
Safely arrived at airport in plenty of time.
Good service all round.
