Fast, Efficient and Kind.
I loved that I was able to book a same day ride from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. My driver was also very kind, as I was running a little late and he accommodated my request to push back my pick up time. Everything was fast and efficient! Lastly, the whole team was very communicative. Much appreciated!

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing! The limo reached ahead of time. The driver, Waseem, messaged on WhatsApp and didn’t disturb me by calling me. He even sent a photograph of where the car was parked so I wouldn’t waste time trying to locate it. The drive to my meeting in Abu Dhabi and back to my residence in Dubai was very smooth, allowing me to have online meetings. It was like going in my own chauffeur driven car, an absolute pleasure!

Took a ride from Abu dhabi to Dubai. The captain, Shahid, was polite and helpful. The car was clean and maintained. Had a smooth ride.

C2C not recommended
We had a terrible experience with C2C ride. Our trip booked in advance (1 week) wanted to go from Abu Dhabi to Dubai Airport. At 5:30 in the morning the car should come to drive us. However, this did not happen because we received the information 10 minutes before the trip that the driver had an "inexplicable" problem with the car. The driver never left Dubai to pick us up....
Since we could not do anything else but wait, our hotel kindly called us a taxi at 5:30 within a few minutes. We were told that they are looking for another dealer in Abu Dhabi and we should still wait. (We had said in advance that our plane leaves at 9:30) It would be too risky to wait and then miss our flight. In the end we had even paid much less for the taxi for exactly the same route...
Not recommended.

Excellent service
Prebooked a car in the middle of the night for a transfer from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, everything was promptly confirmed and the driver got in touch in the morning , the ride was very comfortable and the price very reasonable. Excellent service throughout.

Wrong person charged for no show
I booked a car for 7am at Dubai airport despite my flight arriving at 5 am. This was because i was there for business in Abu Dahbi and they were not available until 9am. C2C arrived at 5am because that was when my flight arrived waited an hour and left. I was charged as a no show. I was where I should have been at 7am. I have complained and not received any reply. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
The response has not acknowledged that my booking was for 7am. The company decided to meet the flight and send the driver at 5am, something I did not request. 6am was too early for my business meeting at 9am. Providing a service requires reading the booking time and providing the vehicle at that time requested. As my booking was for 7am the driver should have been available to meet me between 7 and 8 am as the terms of the booking is for 1 hour waiting time,

●Flight Tracking – As part of our standard procedure, we always track flight arrival times. Your booking was linked with your flight number, and our chauffeur was dispatched accordingly.
●Complimentary Waiting Time – After a flight lands, our policy provides a complimentary waiting period of 1 hour. This is clearly stated in our terms and conditions.
●Actual Scenario – Your flight landed earlier, and our chauffeur was present at the airport on time. He waited 1 hour and 20 minutes in total, exceeding the complimentary waiting period.
●Client Response – During this entire time, we did not receive any call, message, or instruction from your side requesting the chauffeur to wait longer. In fact, our team also sent you a message during this period, but we only received your response at 9:00 AM
●Why It Was Marked No-Show – Since there was no communication from you, and the chauffeur waited beyond the complimentary time, the ride was marked as a no-show in line with our policy.
We understand your frustration and assure you that our goal is never to cause inconvenience but to ensure smooth operations for all clients. For future bookings, if you require the chauffeur to wait beyond the complimentary period, please inform us by call or message so that we can instruct the chauffeur accordingly and apply the official waiting charges instead of releasing the vehicle.
