I ordered one drawer cabinet on August 17, 2026. It's been 2 months and I have not received any order status updates. When I call the customer service number, it fails and does not go through. When I use the Live Chat, it does not answer my questions and directs me to their phone number. Unacceptable and very frustrating. DO NOT ORDER FROM CABINETNOW! EVER!

Amazingly we got the doors and cabinet box as planned. However, there are things that were missing. One of the cabinet doors was never included in the order. One of our cabinet boxes was too high or too tall even after we talk to Joe about making the change in the measurement. We were also missing the skirting for the kick toe. Initially, when I reached out, they were super responsive. Subsequently when I tried to order the door and a new drawer, I’ve gotten no response to emails calls or text messages. It’s sad that we started out as a really positive experience has now descended into a 2/10.

The response times were quite long. My original quote was incorrect and when the final cost was presented to me, it was more than double the original. When asked, I was told it was their error. I was offered no discount for their error. I would not recommend this company.

I had recommended and used CabinetNow for 5 other renovation projects in the past.

At the start of this project, I sent their representative an inspiration image and described the desired direction as a light oak look. The cabinet package was approximately $25,000.

What arrived did not reasonably align with that direction. The delivered cabinetry had heavy contrast, dark streaking, and a two-tone striped appearance across visible fronts and panels. The inspiration image was clean, consistent, and light. The delivered product looked materially different.

The homeowner was very unhappy with the result and spent roughly $20,000 trying to remedy the cabinets. Even after that, they still were not happy because the bathroom vanities and laundry room cabinets had to be painted to make them acceptable.

I also credited the homeowner $10,000 from my design fee to salvage the client relationship, which was still significantly damaged by the cabinet issue. CabinetNow reviewed the issue and declined to offer a refund or meaningful financial resolution beyond a future discount.

The homeowner and I were out roughly $30,000 combined in additional costs and credits, on top of the approximately $25,000 spent on the cabinets, and CabinetNow did not offer even $1 as a refund.

I would give -5 if I could. This company is a total scam. They take your money. They never give you your product and when you demand a refund, you never get it. The customer service talks to you around in circles for hours every time you call…this is a fraud company. They need to be investigated by the federal government and they need to be shut down.

Do not do business with this site. I was working with Jason on quotes. They took 5-14 days for any response, often times not answering original question.

Then cart expired and got an explanation that "15% price increase sitewide". Their math doesn't math vey well as quote went from $1420 to $2,900.

Not resputable customer service or follow-up.

Save your time and go with Kokeena, Semihandmade, Nieu, Reform, etc

I ordered a custom door to match some cabinets that I have. I was very specific on the style, measurement and edging for my door. What I received was not close to what I ordered. I spoke to Customer service many times, and they basically said "Oh well !". No attempt whatsoever to rectify their obvious mistake. I would never deal with this company again.

I'm a contractor. I had a client who needed two cabinet doors, and I did not have time to make them myself but didn't want to let them down so I went to cabinetnow.com. Found the style of door I needed and ordered them. I'm very impressed with the quality of these doors and will consider purchasing from them in the future.
