Excellent service from start to finish. Prompt delivery of lodge with regular updates and information from all staff. Installation fitters were quick and tidy at all times and did a great job. The quality of the finished lodge was also outstanding. Would highly recommend this local company.

From first seeing the cabin we wanted, to then talking to Sue who then arranged us a site visit at home, the cabin was delivered and installed all within 2 months, very helpful and friendly staff never felt pushed into anything great company and cabin, would highly recommend.

We had two very old sheds taken down and everything was taken from sight after errecting the new shed leaving everything tidy.
Luke came back to fit some sleepers around the shed for a neater finish and it was worth the extra money.

Good range of products at display site in Blofield. Ordered a potting shed and good online systems and customer sales and operations meant it was very smooth to finalise the spec. Delivered and installed on the date agreed and the chaps did well in the baking heat to level the base and build it. Tidy job and the potting shed looks great.

After waiting excitedly fir almost 12 weeks our cabin was delivered. Our 2 workman were fantastic they cleared away our old shed and a colleague the collected all the rubbish and removed it. They laid the base and had the cabin built and painted by the Friday in all that heat! They popped back Monday to finish the roofing. We can't thank you all enough from the Sales team to the work men. Very Happy customers.

I was pleased when I was informed that the summerhouse would arrive early. Sadly the pea shingle was delayed for 24 hours which meant three days on site for the team. Luke and Mark worked well and the end result is a joy to sit in.

I purchased an exdisplay model and the whole experience from taking it down to being delivered was spot on even with helping me out with someone to help me install it. All the people I dealt with were very helpful and friendly.

After finding out the wait time on my visit to view the cabins at Downham site, I decided to purchase one not only in stock but on offer rather than wait for a bespoke cabin.
Experience ordering over the phone after my visit was handled very well and because of my choice and location assured a quicker install would happen before Easter.
I am now sitting looking at my cabin which is 85% finished on the end of day 1 of a 2 day install.
The guys Gavin and Oscar are friendly, quick, professional, and tidy.
I am so pleased with my beautiful cabin I can't stop smiling.

Cabins Unlimited truly stands out from the rest. My mum and stepfather ordered a cabin, but unfortunately, my stepfather passed away before it was ready for installation. When we informed Cabins Unlimited, their compassion and willingness to allow us to move at our own pace were remarkable.

When we were ready, we scheduled the installation, which was efficient and friendly. My mum was in touch with a lovely lady named Melanie , who left her with nothing but positive impressions. I had the pleasure of working with Natalie, who was simply amazing.
