Terrible company… very high shipping…
Terrible company… very high shipping costs and if an item is bought by mistake or wrong they will not pay to have it shipped back. I paid $323 for a wrong item and $171 to have it shipped. When I tried to return it they said ship it at your expense and they will refund me… the cost was $800 to ship it back… so now I’m out $500 for nothing

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and we understand your frustration. International shipping costs can indeed be very high, and unfortunately they are outside of our control. We know that shipping from EU to US can be relatively cheap, but shipping from the US to the EU can be extremely high.
We do our best to be transparent about these costs and about our return policy, but we realize this can be disappointing in cases like yours. Unfortunately the import duties become extremely high because of a chance of policy by the US government end of August. Therefor we have now stopped all shipments to the US. That is the reason we advice customers not to return the goods, but to try and sell it in the US.
We regret that this situation has left you dissatisfied, and we will take your feedback seriously to see how we can improve our communication and service in the future.

Air Deflector for 2002 CLK320 does not…
Air Deflector for 2002 CLK320 does not fit in the bag, does not fit in the trunk. I paid a tariff for $180 on a product that cost that... No notice from the seller, shipper, etc until the last minute "Pay this, or we will not deliver" would appreciate notification of tariff / duty ahead of time.

Fast shipping and the product as…
Fast shipping and the product as advertised. However, there was no mention of tariffs on the website. I had to pay more than half of item price as tariffs. Very unfortunate and feel deceived.

They will do anything to keep your money
I'm appalled by this company and how I have been treated by them. I purchased a window deflector for my car, cost nearly $500 by the time it arrived. However, it doesn't fit. It's 5-6cm too wide, making it physically impossible to install. I asked for a full refund including shipping since the issue was not my fault. They first told me to cut the retractable pins to make it shorter so it would fit. They then suggested I install it in an unusual way, which would be impossible. It's crystal clear the item simply doesn't fit my model. Maybe the interior width of a 2002 Camaro is different from a 1994, I'm not sure. All I know is I'm not a moron and the problem is quite simple. Anyway, they ultimately suggested, after advising to modify the item (which I refused) they would accept a return at my expense, meaning I wouldn't get a refund on the initial shipping and would have to also pay return shipping, making it uneconomical to return or course. I would stay far away from this company because if you have any problems, they will not stand behind their product and you'll end up with a very expensive paper weight, like I did.
Edit after Seller Reply:
No, "Together" we did not establish anything, you simply ignored all evidence you asked for, and I provided and decided everything was OK even though the deflector is physically uninstallable in its current form. Saying it over and over doesn't change reality. I don't believe you have ever sold this to a single person with a 2002 Camaro Z28 as anyone would have the identical problem, unless you sent them proper, much short pins that full retract and would thus work as expected without having to literally cut them, which I am going to now have to try and do.
Also, installing "bottom up" is also physically impossible. The rear pins MUST be installed into the seat belt guide FIRS. Those pins are not flexible so this can't be done at an angle of any kind. Once that is done, you are already above the trim, meaning your suggestion is not impractical, it's impossible.
My only choice now is to disassemble the retractable pins, remove the pins, take a saw and cut about 1" off of each one, re-assemble and then attempt the install. That's the product I paid nearly $500 for that they deem "custom" for my Camaro. It's laughable.
My guess is, 95% of the time, the deflector for most models fits as intended and people are happy. But on occasion where it doesn't, they will not back up their product and will just tell you they sent you the right one and leave it to you to figure out. This is why Amazon is taking over retail, because of customer service like this.

Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, we have had several contacts regarding the installation of your Camaro Z28 wind deflector.
Together we have confirmed that the product was delivered correect, the package included the correct deflector, included installation parts and manual.
We have sold this deflector for the Z28 many times, we recieved pictures from customers, which we also added to our website. That said, we are 100% sure it does fit the standard Z28 models from 1994 to 2002 .
We have have given a couple of suggestions to get the product to fit, as installing it from bottom to top instead of top to bottom. Just handling a bit different.
Unfortunately you have decided to send the deflector back to us, which is possible. But the responsibility and cost of the return are for the customer. You have agreed on that when purchasing the product.
We have suggested to install the deflector by a professional car dealer, of sell the deflector in the US to save shipping costs.

Great Wind Deflector for 2020 Camaro
I purchased the Chevrolet Camaro 6 Wind Deflector for my 2020 Camaro and couldn't be happier that I chose Cabrio Supply. The OEM version was much more expensive and didn't look as nice. It definitely works to cut the wind/noise when cruising with the top down.

Superior service from Cabrio Supply
I ordered the windblocker for my Fiat 124 spider, from Cabrio Supply because it looked like one of the better made units that are offered. The windblocker is made with rigid tubular frame that is lite weight. The mounting hardware and fabric are also very well made. It was very easy to order on their web site and when i placed the order, i recieved an acknowledgement right away. From the time i placed my order and when it was delivered, it was 3 days from the Netherlands to my home outside of Boston, USA! The shipping was also extremely reasonable. What can I say...The wind deflector is so well made, it doesn't appear to be adjustable. When I tried to put it on and it wasn't perfect, I emailed there support - I got a response almost immediately! Once I realized it was I that was defective and not the wind deflector, it went on easy and works fantastic! BONUS - the shipping only took 2 days!!!! Great service, great product!
