Falsches Windschott bekommen, weil es auf der Produktseite unvollständig beschrieben ist.
Support ist bemüht, hilft aber nicht wirklich weiter.
Rückabwicklung gestaltet sich eher schwierig.

I ordered a wind deflector for my 2024…

I ordered a wind deflector for my 2024 Mustang. There was a product issue in that the package got mislabeled and the wrong version was sent. I called and spoke with customer service--very nice gentleman. They arranged for the correct one to be sent. The response was quick, my calls and emails were answered the same day. No one likes to be disappointed in the delivery of a purchase but the manner in which a company responds matters greatly--I was treated with respect, my concerns were addressed, and I would have no issue referring someone to them for the products they sell.

Poor instructions and no customer support

I purchased a wind blocker for a 2019 Mustang. The instructions were unclear and when i contacted them they basically said to just do it however it works. i tried that, and found out that the product could not be installed without significant additional work not even mentioned in the instructions. Basically I had to figure it out on my own. I will never deal with this company again.

Update: The additional work needed was caused by a bracket for the antenna that connects the car to the internet for things like remote lock, status, etc. That feature was introduced in the 2018 model. To fix the issue, the company needs an updated manual and a different part for that side.

Rip off company…. Do not use

I have never had a reason to write a review like this one but am today to prevent any other innocent buyers from using this fraudulent company. We bought a wind deflector for our XR3i (concourse condition) and paid in full (£180) on the 22nd November. The item arrived swiftly but when we opened it and attempted to fit it, the poppers pulled through the fabric. We actually videoed this so that we could show the company the quality of our vehicle and this poor workmanship. Florian from CabrioSupply wrote back to say that they acknowledged “the press studs haven’t been secured properly by our manufacturing. You should be able to get that sorted out with a local tailor. We can offer £25 compensation for the inconvenience” . Shocked we phoned and said no we would send the goods back and wanted all our money back. We were given the address by CabrioSuppy (CabrioSupply Talhoutweg 7, 8171 MB Vaassen, The Netherlands). We obeyed Florian’s instructions to label the parcel “defective product for return” to ensure they would not incur customs costs and sent the item back by ParcelForce for £30.80 ( and emailed all proof to CabrioSupply). I phoned 2nd January to let them know the parcel was in the Netherlands but today found out that it was being returned as there was no one at that address. This address is the one that remains on their website today and was the one they provided to us. We will now contact PayPal to see if we can get our money back but would advise those looking to buy not to use this company. We also post this warning on the XR owners club Facebook page.

If your parcel was returned due to an error on our side, that is absolutely unacceptable, and we will investigate this immediately to prevent it from happening again.

POOR quality Rear window Renault Megane 1

Within half a year, after buying new, the window coloured blue, so less visibility. NO garantee and no interest at all! Yes, I could buy a new one with 20% off. No way, of course. For cleaning, I ONLY used clean water and sponge. 2 Pics at the Google-review

I asked for a cabrio roof for a Mini…

I asked for a cabrio roof for a Mini Cabrioni 1990. They send me an email that they could supply this, so I ordered and paid for it. However the roof that was supplied was not the correct one (no side windows) . I asked for return but they did not want to do this.

As explained in our earlier communication, the roof supplied matches the model that was ordered. The Mini Cabrio from that period has different versions of soft tops, with or without integrated side windows, which can sometimes cause confusion. We always try to assist customers in selecting the correct version based on the information provided.

Maserati grille mesh

I bought a stainless steel grille mesh for my Maserati and it was very poor quality, did not fit and looked cheap a nasty. After much corrispondance they agreed to credit me, but as they were using out of date invoices with an old address, I sent to this incorrect address and although their old and new address were only 5 minutes walk from one another. I can only conclude this was deliberate. £300 wasted.

A rediculous reply 3 years later, which I think illistrates the problem with your company. You also failed to respond to my many emails. Your invoice had the wrong address and you failed to make arrangement to foreward packages to your new address, which was only 5 mins walk away. you had £300 of my money and made no effort to resolve the problem. I continue to advise the Maserati community never to deal with you crooks.

Your further late reply ignores the many emails between us (including photographs, showing poor fit) at the time, when you washed all knowledge of the return delivery, dispite the delivery company getting a signiture from the address on your invoice, crimminal trading.

I feel scammed and disappointed

Ordered a part for my BMW 4 series and heard nothing for days. Waited to see if it would arrive and then chased. Received a message to say that the online price did not include 20% VAT and it needed to be added in due to an error. Fine. The amount I was asked for was 51% price increase on the basis that VAT was accidentally counted twice when discounting which doesn’t match 51%. Showed the retailer their own terms and conditions where online price is final and that by sending me a payment confirmation, they are entering into an agreement with me. They have refused to send the part, refused to explain how they managed to incorrectly price it by 51%, refused to meet me in the middle for their mistake and refused to honour their own terms and conditions. It’s frustrating and disappointing so I felt I should warn others so as not to waste time and money on a business who will sell you something then double the price.

Ordered my Ford Mustang wind deflector on 11/04/2020 was a little worried as I lost money from another company in Europe, cannot believe it arrived here in country area of South Australia on 20/04/2020, fantastic service, and product quality is fantastic.
