Knowing not much about PC's I naturally moved towards pre builts. Process was easy and performance was laid out in a simplistic manor. When having question I got a response in little to no time.

Absolutely beautiful. Everything ran smoothly, PC looks clean, and the packaging was pretty much perfect, even foam inside the case itself for protection. All the specs were exactly as listed.

I ordered a refurbished PC expecting some signs of wear or corrosion, but honestly there was pretty much none. On top of that, I basically got a free RTX 3050, which I really appreciate. I was really expecting no GPU since it wasn’t included in the specs, but hey, I’m not complaining!

Amazing experience overall, I feel like I scammed them honestly😂

At first order the RAM was the wrong amount. James swapped it out for extra ram free of charge upgrading me to 32gb of RAM.

He spoke to me multiple times over video call explaining how to reseat a GPU and the PC is just flying through benchmarks.

Found Cacti via a Facebook ad as I had been searching every reputable PC builder in the UK so naturally I was being spammed with ads for pcs from every seller. Their price for my PC was so competitive I was genuinely skeptical if it was even legit. Ordered a 7800x3d with a 5070 and 32gb 6000mhz for £1770, everywhere else was asking 2k+ at an absolute minimum. When it arrived it is actually 6400mhz and the 5070 I was given is a more premium version. Pc build quality is better than I've had a pc specialist in the past. RBG on all the fans, case, AIO and ram all synced up and app already installed with different customisation settings so you can decide how it looks. Ordered it Tuesday night and arrived Thursday afternoon. After I ordered it I had some questions about the motherboard etc as wasn't super clear on website but they sent me pics of the model etc so I knew what was coming. Will buy from again in future

I honestly cannot recommend CACTiPCs highly enough. Even though my PC was out of warranty, they still went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue without hesitation.
What really stood out to me was that their service didn’t feel transactional at all. It genuinely felt like they cared more about helping me than making money. In a time where many companies will simply turn you away once your warranty expires, CACTiPCs took the time to listen, diagnose the issue properly, and provide real support.
Their communication was clear, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole process. They treated me with respect, explained everything in a way I could understand, and made sure I was happy with the outcome.
It’s rare to find a company that stands by customers even when they don’t technically have to — and that says everything about their integrity and values. If you’re looking for a PC company that genuinely cares about its customers and not just profit, CACTiPCs is the one.

Was on phone to James about sending my pc to them and getting a upgrade. He sent out packaging for me but Ive ended up in hospital and there's going to be a set back with it and the team is very understanding and supportive! Honestly from the get go they have been an amazing business! No need to worry anymore about sending my PC back to them and upgrading. Great to see businesses caring and supporting their customers. I'll be happy and loyal customer for years to come

I brought a computer for my son for Christmas . Once he started it up was a few issues with parts not being as expected however team were amazing they arranged for it to be collected fixed and sent back. Communication was great the whole time. Highly recommend packed so well too!

3rd time visiting cacti now.. went to have some upgrades done, dropped pc of and expected to get it back late or next day maybe, nope James and the team sent me a message less than two hours later to come collect! absolutely spot on .. highly recommend!!

PC runs well, delivered in a rapid manner. Pretty much straight plug in and play.

Additionally very responsive to questions via email/chat.

I recently bought a PC from Cacti with a part exchange for my old one.

The new PC arrived promptly and works amazingly well. However I soon noticed that the installed RAM did not match what had been listed when I bought it.

My old PC was picked up without hassle but then I didn’t hear from them about the part exchange for over 2 weeks. I constantly had to keep chasing them up about it and also what was going to be done about the RAM.

Eventually they offered to replace the RAM but I accepted a partial refund instead. They also confirmed the part exchange refund at the same time.

Overall I would recommend them as the PC itself is great but they can take a long time to respond after purchase. Also check the parts match what have been listed!

Great pc, had a slight delay which was communicated well and when delivered everything worked perfectly.

Bought a pc from these guys constant support on there WhatsApp chat great bunch of people pc is up and running no majour issues yet I’m hoping it stays that way fast delivery all was packed securely and for the price I paid wasn’t to bad at all for what I got would recommend

Absolutely amazing customer service, so helpful, understanding and patient. My son has mental health issues and doesn’t like to interact with strangers, yet was fully at ease and chatting away with the guy on the phone. The PC we purchased for our son is absolutely amazing, but the level of support given to help ensure it’s all set up and working correctly is next level. Even the guy going above and beyond to message back and forth till 11 o’clock at night makes this by far and away the easiest and best experience purchasing a PC we have ever had. 100% recommend these guys to anyone looking for a PC, absolutely superb! ❤️
