Zero stars preferred. I placed an order 30 days ago and have received no product yet have been charged $125 for my unfulfilled order. I've reached out multiple times to find why my order is unprocessed in which I have gotten plenty of AI responses and promotional materials. I might have reached one human "Novie" (via email and website chat) who keeps telling me she understands my frustration and my order should ship next week. Sounds like repetitive automated responses and will not comply with my request to elevate my complaint. Also not willing to compensate for this extremely delayed and messed up experience. 100% Unacceptable.
1/12/26 UPDATE: Well after 30 days of placing the black friday order and my continued pressure to rectify the situation. I was told I can cancel my order and resubmit it. When I asked why they couldn't resubmit the order I was told again, I would need to cancel and resubmit. I never was able to reach management I definitely canceled and will NOT order from CAKES Body again. BUYER BEWARE!!

Did Not Perform as Expected
I purchased two Cakes Body covers (one round and one triangle) a few months ago after reading the strong reviews on the website and was willing to pay more based on that reputation. I recently tried them for the first time.
Unfortunately, the adhesive performance did not meet expectations. The covers only stayed in place when wearing very tight clothing. With looser clothing, they did not grip well and would fall off, making them impractical for everyday wear.
Given the price point and the reviews that influenced my purchase, this was disappointing. I was hoping for more reliable adhesion and versatility across different types of clothing.

Based on your description, it sounds like you may have purchased our Grippy CAKES, which are designed to stay in place through friction and compression rather than a traditional adhesive backing. They do perform best under more fitted styles, which may explain the difference you noticed with looser clothing. For a stronger hold across a wider range of outfits, our Sticky CAKES line uses a skin-safe adhesive and may be a better fit for what you were looking for. I wish I would’ve come here before ordering, but my niece really wanted to try these out so I ordered from them and it’s been 12 days since I ordered they said they usually ship out the next business day and they aren’t sure why it hasn’t shipped out but that it should be shipping soon and once it does ship it will take 5 to 7 business days for it to arrive. They gave me the impression they really don’t care about customer service. You’re basically on their timeline and you get it when you get it if you get it at all, I’m about to try and cancel my order.

I bought the items from this store as a gift for a bride who didn’t want them. Cakes body made the return policy seamless and customer friendly. Highest recommendation.

TERRIBLE customer service...DON'T BOTHER
I am only giving this product one star because 0 wasn't an option. I ordered these 5 weeks from event date, F-I-V-E! They did NOT arrive on time for the event (3 weeks past the claimed delivery date) but rather 3 weeks later...EIGHT weeks total. Despite me contacting the company SEVERAL times, even going so far as telling them to cancel my order and like magic they were shipped the next day -- and still took another ten days to arrive. I am so disgusted with their customer service, where returns are IMPOSSIBLE. Unless your event is 2 months away, and you have 100% assurance they will work -- DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

As for the fit, our nipple covers can perform differently depending on cup size, and we understand they may not work for everyone. We appreciate you taking the time to leave your thoughts.
Shipping timeline listed as 4-9 days when I clicked to order but they’re now telling me 21 business days!!!
I ordered from Cakes Body and it very clearly said “Shipping Method, Standard Courier, 4-9 Business Days” when I clicked to order. I have screenshots of this timeline.
My order tracking hasn’t updated and I need this item by end of week. I reached out to Cakes via email and they told me that because I’m located in Canada, it will take up to 21 business days! They also said that I won’t be eligible for any returns or refunds because I’m located in Canada.
In the end, it seems like I’m going to have to source another item and also get stuck with theirs, which I don’t need if it doesn’t arrive in time.
I plan to dispute with my credit card company if they won’t rectify the situation.

Teeny tiny cleavage bra
If you have a D or larger chest, avoid the Plus size cleavage bra. It does not even cover half the bust- it is very small and it does not work. The description says full Coverage, which is a joke.
You have to pay a processing fee to return. So hope to save everyone the expense. Not worth trying.

Expensive and useless
Expensive and useless. It’s not grippy as advised even if I exactly follow the instructions. Note they have a very skeptical return policy which charges you handling fee and shipping fee which prevent you from returning.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Awful. Completely too small even though i followed their sizing chart exactly - and even supposedly fall into the middle of the size range. And since i ordered from the UK, they wont even do an exchange. If you cant trust their sizing chart, and they won’t stand behind it, why even bother? Such a disappointment and complete waste of money on something i cant even use. I’d give them a ZERO rating if I could.

I was fooled by ads.
I was fooled… as a woman with a DDD cup size I was excited to try the cleavage bra, and let me tell ya, it doesn’t work. The adhesive is strong but not strong enough. The tabs on the side that claim to provide a lift don’t stay in place therefore zero lift is provided. Such a rip off. Do not recommend for larger chested ladies.

Deceptive return policy
My review is just on their deceptive return policy and not even how much the product sucks and won’t stick at all… I placed a pre order so I received the item after the return window. For returns exchanges and refunds you have to contact within 30 days of *purchase date*, not when you receive the product. Absolutely insane

Sizing issues and a greedy company
Sizing was very strange. The ones I got I expected them to be larger and they are very small. I wanted to exchange them for a bigger size but unfortunately, I used a gift card after I made the purchase I used the same card at Walmart and tossed the card because it was empty. Cakes body would not do an exchange for me because they wanted to put the money back on the gift card that I no longer had. So they told me there was nothing they could do and I was stuck with two pairs of cakes that I could not use. Don’t give them your money. There’s plenty of alternative companies out there that are a hell of a lot better.

When a purchase is made with a gift card, our system does require refunds to be returned to the original payment method, which we understand created an impossible situation given the card was no longer available. We recognize that left you without a good option and that's genuinely frustrating. We're sorry we weren't able to do more in this case.

They purposefully show UK shipping as “2-3 business days” but beware that is just the processing time. I have now been told my order will take 3 weeks to arrive which I’m shocked at.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. No way to call a live rep - the number listed is disconnected. I was ok with my order being delayed by 3 weeks but when I checked again they told me an additional 2 weeks! I asked to cancel the order and the rep stopped responding in the chat. I logged in again and somehow got the same rep? She said she cancelled my order and although she was being professional it was clear that they are not customer oriented. Will be letting everyone I know of this experience!

We're glad the cancellation was ultimately processed and we're sorry the overall experience fell short.
THIS IS A SCAM!
These silicone things are just that - small, thin pieces of silicone, that don't stick, don't stay on, and do nothing at all for your breasts other than cover your nipples. Any cheap pasty available at the drug store, target, amazon, anywhere - any pasty will work just as well or better to cover the nipple. The videos show women with big breasts lifting the breasts, running, dancing .... it's all a scam. And they DO NOT RESPOND to customer service questions - they simply refuse to respond to their chat, or phone. BUYER BEWARE!! This is a scam company!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SHADY BRAND
I saw this on Social Media and decided to give it a shot. I looked at their site. But unfortunately they do not have any shipping fees in their process unless you order something and fill in your address. That's shady #1. So I filled in my address. That wasn't enough. I had to fill in my e-mail. Fine; I did. Then I did some groceries so I could think things over. I got an e-mail stating: 'Hey, are you still thinking about this?' or something other pushy marketing text. So I thought: okay, I do really want good sticky nipple covers. Little did I know that that's where problem 2 starts: apparently they have a default size selected. Most fashion sites I know do NOT have that. This is where my problem started. I asked if they could cancel my order as they do not take refunds from Europe. They couldn't. They could offer me 50% of the order. I contacted them. Then it appears to be partially 50% of one of the items. Why not fully if you cannot use them properly? This is literally the last time I'll buy something online because they pay influencers to hype items like this up and are NOT transparent over whatever the heck they do.

In my opinion these are absolutely not for larger breasts. They did not adhere properly and come off easily. On another note, I purchased a cheapie pair on Amazon that are perfect and half the cost.
