Total rip off
Total rip off. They don’t “grip” as advertised. It falls right off. Oh and you have to pay to return the item. Wouldn’t have purchased had I known I would be paying to return. Poor customer service.

Shipment never came
Shipment never came. I waited a week after getting my received your order and shipment is on it's way emails. Then when I clicked to track, the link was no longer available. The link for my order was also not available. I replied by email that I didn't get my shipment and I'd like a refund or a new shipment. NO ONE EVEN REPLIED! So I put in a dispute with my credit card. I'm actually shocked to see this happened before. My fault for not reading the reviews. Too bad, because my daughter loves hers. I guess it's a good product with poor management. Gives women business a bad name. What a shame. I was rooting for you.

Don't fall for the ads!
Absolutely would never give this company a penny of my money.
My order never arrived, despite tracking saying it would. Customer service was nice enough to send another free of charge. Same issues with the shipping! Why tell the customer the order is expected to arrive on a particular date if that's in fact true?!
Horrible company who doesn't care at all about its customers.
Good job fooling people with your scam advertisements! Snake oil salesmen at their finest.

We're glad our team was able to send a replacement at no charge, but we completely understand why that wasn't enough when the same problem repeated itself. Inaccurate tracking estimates are a carrier issue we have limited control over, but we recognize that's cold comfort when you're left waiting on a package that never shows up. We're sorry we weren't able to resolve this better for you.
Trash - deceptive marketing
Trash. Deceptive marketing. These are almost impossible to get to stick on and they give absolutely no lift whatsoever. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. Honestly, what they do online is such a scam it shouldn't be legal. And their return policy doesn't even make it worth sending them back. Save yourself money. Never again.

Useful, comfortable
I'm usually wary of purchasing things I see reviewed on TikTok, but I was pleasantly surprised by these. They stick well and are comfortable to wear. When I'm first putting them on, I have to hold them for 30-60 seconds - I think they work using body heat, so it takes a bit for them to warm up, but once they do, they stay stuck.

I love Cakes bralettes and covers, I'm never going back to real bras
I hate bras, but I also hate visible nips, so I've tried things like this before and never been fully satisfied, but Cakes really lives up to the hype for me. They really are grippy not sticky, in that they can fall off until they warm up, but after they've warmed up they STAY PUT, and it doesn't hurt to remove them. I wore them at least once a week when I first bought them, but then I eventually bought their bralettes, and now I wear them literally every single day. I have plenty of bralettes and most of them are fine, but Cakes bralettes are a higher level, they're incredible. They're soft and comfy and easy to put on and take off and yet somehow they still give enough support?? They're amazing, and then the nipple covers with them are game changers.

AVOID - It's false Advertising
1. False advertising. They are neither grippy nor sticky and fall off regardless of how tight your clothes are. These silicone discs are no more able to defy gravity and stick to skin than silicone bakeware.
2. The company doesn't accept international returns.
3. Even if the products weren't a scam, they overpriced for what they are.

Ordered in April, got 1 out of 3 items, had to chase them down
Ordered April 8. Didn't get anything for 2 months, had to email, was sent one item in June, two others "backordered". Now August. Sent yet another email for rest of order. Oh oops! They have the restock, but could not fulfill anyway, there was an "error", was refunded. For real! "We've now received our restock however, there might be an error with your order that's why it wasn't fulfilled. I am so sorry for this. I've removed the items from your order and refunded you instead. The refund will appear in your original payment method within 5 business days." You know what? That's fine, not doing business with them ever again, purchasing three small accessories should not require this much work and patience.

Hi Nicole, we're truly sorry for the experience — waiting four months for an order that ultimately couldn't be fulfilled is completely unacceptable, and having to chase us down for updates along the way made it so much worse. During that period we were experiencing unexpected inventory shortages driven by demand that outpaced our supply, but we recognize that's little consolation when you simply wanted the items you ordered. You deserved a much smoother experience and we're sorry we weren't able to deliver that.
Buyer's Remorse
I bought into the hype about "grippy not sticky" and purchased my first pair from this company.
I was delighted when approximately a week later, it showed my order was on its way.
According to their tracking number, my pkg was delivered on Aug. 3rd at 5:30p. I don't know where they delivered it to, but it certainly was not delivered to my house.
That day, we all stayed home due to a tropical system being overhead. Additionally, my house is like Fort Knox with tons of cameras. No delivery person approached my door or my driveway at any time that day, or any day subsequent, with my ordered item.
I wrote the company on Aug. 5th to let them know. I got an automatic reply telling me that they got my email and would be in touch within 2 business days. It is now 4 days with no response to my original, or subsequently sent, email. I've now reported it to PayPal for resolution.
This company has lousy customer service & lacks professionalism. I will NEVER buy from them again AND I will NEVER recommend them to a friend or an online stranger.

When tracking shows a delivery that the customer never received, this is typically a carrier misdelivery issue, and we should have been there to help you navigate that promptly. We were not, and we're sorry. We hope the PayPal dispute reached a resolution in your favor and we're genuinely sorry for the experience.
They are a SCAM
They are a SCAM. It's been a month and a half since I placed my order (28 January
24), and I haven't received the product to this day (9th March). They keep changing the dispatch date. I asked for a refund and instead of issuing one, they said that "they checked and it will be shipped today".
Which it wasn't. AVOID THIS BUSINESS
