I ordered my items on the 2nd April and still not received them? It says 2-4 days delivery and still nothing now 8 days later and they were a birthday present for tomorrow.

Sadly as other customers, received 2 x items. One of which doesn't fit. After reading an overly complicated returns policy with no ability to carry out other than email for a returns request, I have contacted via email multiple times and through instagram too. All of which have been ignored. I hope they have the decency to reply and allow return and refund otherwise rather disappointing and somewhat fraudulent :(

Sent an email to the email I had for customer service and no response just yet. I’m afraid the exchange and return will be the same

Delivery has been more than 2 weeks, awful customer service I want to cancel the order but no contact, the clothes are probably coming from China or smth

I have never had my order, what a joke of a company, keep saying it will be delivered, still not arrived, then have the cheek to ask if I liked the product.

It has been more than 4 weeks that I have not received my order, to make matters worst is there is no communication from them, no tracking details whatsoever. It is so annoying that they continue to send adverts to my email and never reply with regards to the tracking details.

The tracking service is awful. No information about the delivery company is offered so there is no way to contact them if you were not at home when the parcel was delivered. I payed but I didnt get my order delivered. Still waiting.

Ordered items was told items would arrive in 5 days
instead took 2 weeks and some items took 3 weeks
want to return full order but no response

Haven’t received my order or 1 of my 2 orders

I ordered clothes from this company over 3 months ago. Half of my order arrived and the clothes are terrible quality, weird cuts and the material is literally unraveling and I've never worn it. The tags are full of chinese writing, its bad quality. Ive tried to process a refund with them, sending half a dozen follow up emails and they have not responded.

Still not received the product, sent 2 emails

Still waiting delivery, the same email replies that they are looking in to this for me. Avoid this company, I will be taking this further!!!

The garment arrived in non branded bags. All tags ripped out and just one Chinese tag left in. Fits completely different to a large from the same order. I have fed this back via email on 3 occasion and via instagram to no reply from anyone at the company, even though I receive numerous emails a day from them.

Made a purchase of a hat for a secret Santa gift mid December 23, there was an offer on the site for 2 for 1. I had chosen the one I wanted with the offer. I then received an email to say that only one hat (the one I chose for free) was on its way to me. When the parcel arrived, it was just the one I had ordered. I have emailed the company twice and messaged them through a delivery app showing only half of my order has arrived with no response still in February 24.

I have received my order, but the false advertisement of an offer and failure to deliver items promised, followed with being ignored just shows poor business. Will never purchase from here again and will advise others of the same.

Awful sizing, terrible quality, customer service is atrocious don’t listen to emails and the refund system is awful, took almost 3 weeks to get a refund and I only got it because of persistent emails to them

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPONY

I placed and order mounting upto £420 part of the order arrived the rest didn’t over a month ago. The tags have been cut off with a scissors and blue staining on the sleeve of a jumper, all the packaging had Chinese writing on, sizes was all wrong the quality is terrible and the there is no customer service! they remove all negative comments across platforms if you try reaching out in public . Save your money and problems guys, spend with companies who care about their Clothing and customers.

I still haven't received my order. It's been over a week even though I paid extra for next day delivery.

Doesn’t listen to emails when customer is telling they have received wrong item and yet to receive to right items from the order. Won’t give a refund for the wrong item and for an item that’s too big!! Never Order Guys, The Guys a Dick!!

Placed an order for 4 items.
1 item arrived 10 days later and another item 11 days later. I'm still awaiting for the other 2 items to be delivered with no idea when they will/if they will arrive!
I've emailed multiple times to all 3 email addresses on the site (one email address from the website bounces back) and DM'd on Instagram with no response.
If I had some clarity about the missing items then a late delivery wouldn't be the end of the world but the fact the money's been taking out of my account and I have no idea where my items are is an absolute disgrace.
It is a shame as the two items that arrived are decent quality just unfortunately the polo shirt doesn't fit me. Probably makes sense why I'm being ignored as I asked for a refund on this item.
Let's hope they respond asap otherwise leaves me with no option but to report to trading standards!

Quality of clothing is great, really good stuff, customer service is not so good, I Returned a T shirt to exchange for another size. My Parcel has been delivered for over a week and I have had no response from CALI clothing as to when my replacement will be sent out, I was promised it would be sent when proof of postage was sent, this has not been the case. I have sent 5 emails to which none have been responded to. Can this be sorted?
