Jakub and Meluleki at Calibration House were very friendly and professional when they attended our premises to calibrate our vehicle's temperature control units. Due to our vehicle's availability, they understood the circumstances and attended on a Saturday morning to complete the job as all of our which they were very efficient with.

We have been using Calibration House to certificate our equipment for some time now. They come to site, behave in a professional manor at all times, are willing to work with us, get on well with our staff and our generally willing to put up with our convoluted processes. We work with Calibrationhouse for quite a few years now and for the last 2, Jakub Bol has been attending our on-site calibration. Every time he is punctual and professional. Gets the job done in the time given, excellent communication if there is a change of date or anything else.

We had a site visit 04/12/2023 and Jakub Bol did a outstanding job, in a good time. All items we send away are returned in a good time frame.
What I would like to say is that there are times when I request quotations and another person at TROX receives them and has to pass them on to me- which if they didn't I could miss them. Also for the same quotations emails can be sent by a couple of people on the same subject, and it does get confusing- I understand that the admin team will pick up each others tasks, but it would be nice to have one person follow through with the request and send it to the correct person, please don't think this is a put down, it just would be an improvement. But in general overall it is a good service.
