Beställ aldrig därifrån. Beställde och betalde för en hoodie som jag aldrig fick samt att jag inte heller fick pengarna tillbaka då de inte svarar varken på mail, Instagram och via deras egen hemsida.

Never ever order something from this brand. I ordered and paid for a hoodie that I never received. Also, I never got my money back because they suck at answering emails.

I never received my order. Many e-mails sent never received a reply from you. But you send invoice reminders. Fraudsters!

Nobody order from this company, they take your money and never send your order. I’m one of many. They never answer emails or messages to Facebook and Instagram. After a few comments warning others, they just blocked me. Seems easier than actually speaking to unhappy customers. Avoid at all costs!, I called my bank today to start a fraud case against them! Order: 17862, I paid my order 21.04.2019 and recieved a receipt by to my email. After that I have had no communication from this company and my order hasnt arrived or hasnt even been shipped. I have tried multiple times to contact the company thru various platforms but I have had no success.

Ordered two sweaters 3 months ago and still haven't received one. They won't answer any messages through email or other social medias. Should've known it's a scam company, since they don't even have their phone number on the site. Never ever buy from them total scam.

Jeg bestilte en genser fra Cally The Bear. Eneste melding jeg fikk var "pakken din er på vei" og så kom den aldri. Står enda på sporingen at pakken ikke er sendt. Pakken er også bestilt for en god stund siden.

Bestilt for 2 måneder siden og ingen ting skjer, de svarer ikke på mail. Ikke bestill fra denne dritt siden, dette er svindlere...

After the order confirmation was received on april 25 I have received no news from them. Impossible to contact them via e-mail, chat or facebook. What a mess!

one star is too much, because bad service doesn't include being a scam. I ordered a hoodie two months ago, never got it, never got answers to several mails. Don't buy!!!

Horrendous company! No response to emails when items weren’t delivered. Payed with PayPal so have a chance of getting my money back but still this website needs to be shut down, it’s so wrong because it looks so legit. Sneaky as well because the website is called Callythebear and this is Calvin!

Unfortunately I too paid for a hoodie more than 5 weeks ago, and haven't even received a shipment conformation. Luckily, I read the reviews and paid with Paypal, which helped me return my money. I tried to contact the company over 5 times with 0 responses, and my advise is to not buy anything here. Such a waste, because the products look really cool.

I ordered a hoodie on calvinthebear for over 5 weeks ago, and I haven't got a single delivery update!

They don't answer any of my e-mails either!

This is fraude! Foreign customers don't get their merchandise or refunds. They do not respond to emails or messages.

I ordered a sweater one year ago. I never received it, tried to contact the company without succes. Do not order anything at this scammers site.

I ordered a sweater from Calvin the Bear with no caveats when placing the order. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for one of my sons. After not having received it in two months I emailed them to ask for it and was assured that we would receive the sweater in a couple of weeks. When the sweater still hadn’t arrived I emailed them several times but they did not answer any of the subsequent emails. This was more than 6 months age. No refund, no sweater. Total scam and online fraud.

I ordered 2 hoodies, a sweatshirt and a cap on 24th February coming to a total of €111 as I got the '50% off if you spend over 100' deal which is just another scam for you to give them as much money as possible without them ever sending their order.

I sent them countless messages on Instagram and they would just read and not reply. I eventually tried another tactic by commenting under their posts to warn others about this scam, they deleted my comments and then eventually blocked me on Instagram so I could not contact them further or warn others.

How on earth does any sort of company who state that they "are a group of young entrepreneurs, working together to create something different" do business like this.

They may never send me or countless others our orders but I for one will not stop until I either receive my order, a full refund or the 'business' is shut down.

Beställde en tröja som intr har kommit på mer än en månad och dem svara inte på maila mail eller kundsupport. FEJK! KÖP INTE HÄR IFRÅN SCAM.

Bestilte 2 hettegensere for en uke siden, har prøvd å kontakte de, men får ikke noe svar. Når det står på nettsiden at det skal ta 1 dag dersom varen skal bli sendt i norge og det tar over en uke, og ingenting har enda skjedd, blir jeg irritert. Kan jo ikke si at det er dårlig kundeservice, fordi det er jo ikke no i det hele tatt. Kommer til å anmelde saken til politiet og forbrukerrådet om jeg ikke får noe svar snart

I ordered a hoodie specifically with PayPal as was dubious from buying from an Instagram advert.

Got the order confirmation, and after the 3 working days passed without tracking details etc I contacted them via email - with no response.

I gave it another week, and again nothing. So I emailed them informing the company I would request a refund through PayPal if I do not receive anything within the next week. Not even 24 hours later I get tracking info and am informed of a import fee of around £30.

From reading comments on their Instagram posts and reviews on here it seems I am very lucky to have got my order.

The product itself seems fine and the quality is nothing amazing, reflecting back I dont feel it's worth £65.

My advice would be to pay using PayPal so you can request your money back if the worse happens.

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. I ORDERED A JUMPER LAST WEEK FOR 49 EUROS AND ALL THEY GAVE ME WAS A CONFORMATION EMAIL SAYING MY PARCEL WOULD BE DISPATCHED WITHIN THREE WORKING DAYS AND I HAVE STILL NOT EVEN RECEIVED MY DISPATCH EMAIL YET THEY HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT WHICH IS A CRIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE GOING TO THE POLICE TO GET THIS SITE SHUT DOW FOR GOOD!
