on 30.09.18 I have given up an order there are now 8 days gone by and I have not received anything yet.
The payment has already been made.
I want an answer for how long it will take.

Slechte service

Slechte service. Sweater op tijd ontvangen, maar maat is te groot. Al enkele maols gestuurd om te ruilen maar nog geen enkele reactie ontvangen 😡

Bad service

I made an online oder. But it did not work well on delivery. I have never heard any from my order.
Should not buy any stuffs in this brand, they do not have customer service.

The hoodie is very bad quality.

The hoodie is very bad quality.
Literally just a Clique hoodie with a really bad print on it.
The Clique hoodie itself feels nice but the print will easily be ruined by wash.
There was a 25 euro tax.

Katastrophal . Finger weg !

Pullover bestellt , direkt bezahlt , sendungsverfolgung nach einer Woche überprüft und festgestellt , dass zwar das Paket angemeldet wurde , jedoch nie bei der Abholung an DHL überreicht wurde.
Anschließend bei DHL angerufen , wo mir meine Vermutung bestätigt wurde.
Daraufhin habe ich den Kundenservice angeschrieben, wann ich mit dem Pullover rechnen kann und habe nach 3 Tagen immernoch keine Antwort bekommen .
Jetzt habe ich den PayPal Käuferschutz eingeschaltet.

No service at all!

I want to change site but cann’t even get in contact whit costomerservice. No chat, no e-mail, and They even don’t have a telephonenumber to contact. Very bad service. I have buyed a sweater site s and want a size m. Now i only want my money back an i never order again bij calvinthebear.

Just a print on a cheap sweather

Just a print on a cheap sweather. I thought i bought a brand sweather, but recieved a cheap Clique sweather with a print of Calvin. Expected at least a real brand sweather, and not a cheap basic sweather...
