Embarrassing a 14-year-old teenager, demanding full payment at the end of the contract is a dangerous practice. The contract did not expire, they removed the device early on their own and not even an email notifying the parents was sent. Embarrassing and despairing a child, who travels every month from Peterborough for maintenance, requires that we meet in court.

Lovely dental practise. The reception team are so friendly, Shreena is a brilliant dentist and thoroughly explains everything about your treatment. I always feel so well looked after and would recommend this practise to anyone.

Great service from Dr. Geeta Bellis and the team at reception. Came in because a crown I had (done elsewhere a while ago) broke and needed replacement. Clear and transparent communication about what was required and fast, high quality service. When the lab delivered the crown early my appointment was brought forward without me having to do a thing. Excellent!

Having only just registered I got an appointment the following day (9am) due to toothache and by the next working day (9am) I had the tooth extracted, amazing treatment from an exceptional team. Molly and Kiera on reception really make you welcome and will make every effort to help you. The whole dental team could not have done more for me in such a short time and with such care and compassion. My sister-in-law had recommended Cambridge Dental after she had been looked after following an accident last year, I’m so glad I took her advice.

She explained everything in detail and provided me with aftercare advice, for which I was very grateful. Katie is a highly experienced hygienist. Dreadful. Don’t go there. I had a filling done for an exhorbitant cost which fell out - they won’t redo it for free. I also had a partially erupted wisdom tooth cleaned which led to a very painful infection for which I had to have antibiotics and which the dental hub charged me £30 for. They are just out to take your money. I’ll never go there again.

Dr Sheylla Brito made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we spoke. She provided me with honest advice with no pressure to go ahead with any of the treatment and so at no point did I feel pressurised to take the treatment that she recommended.
I decided to go ahead with the treatment and the treatment I received was outstanding and second to none. The treatment was done in a caring and friendly manor and throughout the procedure she made a point of checking that I was ok and as comfortable as I could be. I would highly recommend her as a dentist but also the practice as a whole because all the staff were very professional but most importantly friendly.

Samantha is an incredible hygienist and has vastly improved my teeth and gum health. Prior to my first session with her, I had bad experiences at other dental practices. I've had several appointments since, and she's always made me feel at ease. I leave feeling motivated to keep up a proper dental routine. Aside from the meticulous clean, she's very friendly and has a great sense of humour. Her assistants are also very nice. I fully recommend!
