I've just had my first appointment with doctor Umar and his fabulous assistant. They are as efficient in there proffetion as they could possibly be. I'm ecstatic how there helping me move forward with my difficulties. So very happy to be a patient of there's..nothing is too much trouble for them..a big thankyou from me

My experience over the phone I was nervous at first until I heard A voice that made me feel at ease .The lady's name called Emma not only was so kind with how she spoke wth me it was how far she went to try n help me .Thank you so much Emma for u made me feel nomatter what ...I matter too wishing u all at synergy clinics the very best and although things didn't go accordingly and I mean fir me nothng to do wth synergy clinics whatsoever for I say this to high light that when u get chatting to any clinicians and an added bonus such as getting to chat to such a caring and ķindhearted young lady that I had prevledge to get chatting with and lengths she went to help me ?I will nver forget.that voice ,Emma's voice and I would highly recommend synergy clinics as my thoughts are u all are great bunch of clinicians and even though you are in England .watch the fb and reviews and 1 thing for sure you will not know just how settled and relieved you will def feel .just like Emma from synergy made me feel and to know this before mking the call ?I'm sure that synergy clinics really do take the time an effort to help anyone nomatter what may be ? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Dentist Who Has Truly Changed My Fear of Dental Treatment

I honestly cannot thank this dentist enough for the care, patience and understanding he has shown me. I’m not completely sure of his name, but he recently carried out a filling for me and helped me finally feel comfortable enough to have my dental scan.

I have always absolutely hated going to the dentist and suffer from severe dental anxiety. It gets so bad that I struggle to sleep before appointments and can even end up physically throwing up from the fear.

From the first time I met him, he was so understanding and reassuring. He gave me time to process everything and, when I decided to return a week later for my filling, he made room for me in his schedule.

As soon as I walked into the treatment room, I told him how anxious I was. He looked at me and said, “Don’t be, you’re in good hands.” And I genuinely was!

He went completely out of his way to keep me calm throughout the treatment. He was so gentle and patient, made sure I didn’t feel a thing, and stopped immediately every time I asked him to. He never made me feel silly for being scared or rushed me into anything. He took the time to build my trust, and that made such a huge difference.

Because of the trust he built with me, he was also able to encourage me to finally have my dental scan, which I had previously cancelled because I was too frightened to attend.

I have never experienced a dentist who has made me feel so safe and comfortable. He has genuinely changed my outlook on dental treatment, and for the first time in my life, I can honestly say I wouldn’t be scared to go back.

I would absolutely love to see him again for any future fillings, treatments or check-ups. I just wish I knew his name so I could request him every time!

Dentists like him deserve recognition for the difference they make to patients who struggle with anxiety. It isn’t just about treating teeth; it’s about understanding the person sitting in the chair and helping them overcome a fear that can feel impossible to manage.

Thank you so much for being such a kind, patient and understanding dentist. You have made a bigger difference to me than you probably realise! I would be really grateful if the practice could let me know his name so I can request him in the future.

Dr Kash did a great job with my invisalign! Really professional service and would recommend! He is an asset to Synergy Dental Bury!

The receptionists were very warm and welcoming. The dentist came to reception to meet me. She was very caring in her manner and immediately made me feel at ease. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained the procedure and what the possible effects after the treatment may be. I felt comfortable enough to ask her questions and she answered in terms I could understand. I think that the dentist, her assistant and the receptionists are an absolute credit to your staff, they all helped to alleviate those feelings of anxiety that can be present when visiting a dentist. That is why I give them 5 stars.

I got dental help very quickly and received clear professional advice I recommend this Clinic 100% And very nice service at the reception.

Easy to find on the main high street, parking was easy. Greeted with a warm welcome by the two girls on reception and all the staff i came into contact with. They put me at my eas and kept me informed every step of the way. Very professional and would highly recomend.

They were very reassuring and lovely, as im petrified of needles and the dentist, but were really nice and caring 😊

Practice. My dentist is truly amazing. I am a very nervous patient and prior to a couple of years ago - it had been many years since I had seen a dentist. I have been treated with kindness and respect on every visit, the work that I have needed has been carried out gently and without pain and I have been given wonderful advice on oral health. I would have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend synergy to anyone.

Timing of appointment met, fully explained all regarding the treatment and answered any queries thoroughly. Flexibility of furure and urgent appointments

The dentist was very informative and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this practice.

Dentist was knowledgeable and patient. However had to wait over half an hour longer than expected. As a matter of fact I've never been seen on time. But they do such a good job I just let it slide

I would not recommend this practice and dr Kashir for dental implants.
I had full mouth implants and was not happy with the treatment I got
As I had to pay upfront, everything went well for the first part of the treatment, but half way through dr kashir made no effort to reply to my phone calls and I had to chase him up. I even had to go in person to demand an explanation.
After that I lost all faith in him and ended up having to finish my treatment at another practice 30 mins car drive away..
In my oppion he is not very professional at doing implants.
The service was abysmal
