Cambridge Rowing Experience Opiniões

活动内容丰富，团队体验感非常好

I booked this experience for our Principal Leadership Team as a team-building exercise, and the feedback from the team was overwhelmingly positive. The experience truly exceeded their expectations.

The whole afternoon was expertly planned for us. The team enjoyed lunch overlooking the Cam, a tour of the boat sheds, training, launching the boats into the water, rowing, and even a race at the end!

The team had a fabulous day and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the experience. It was an incredible opportunity to work together, have fun, and step outside their comfort zones.

Our host, Omar, was positive, warm, friendly, and enthusiastic throughout, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this amazing experience to anyone looking for a unique and memorable team-building activity.

Great event for a corporate day out - very hospitable and easy to organise. The team were lovely and very insightful. Would recommend for a fun day out.

My daughter had a great time at the Introduction to Rowing week course. Enthusiastic and friendly teachers, great group of other kids - and came home with a real sense of confidence in being on the water!

I had a really fun day rowing with Omar and the team. They made it very welcoming and inclusive and we were out on the water within half an hour of arriving. Excellent fun and I will definitely be back for more!

As someone who has already done a bit of rowing before, I found the course a fantastic experience and the instructors excellent. It really improved my rowing ability. I enjoyed the fact that we could spend time on both quads and eight-person boats, so we got the experience with two types of boats. I am now inspired to and will join a club.

My son really enjoyed the week, learned lots and is now looking for a club to join in our local area. Definitely worth it just wish the sessions were longer

This was a great experience which made me want to get into rowing.

We had an excellent experience with the Cambridge rowing session as a team. The whole event was exceptionally well organised from start to finish, with clear instruction, great communication, and a welcoming atmosphere that made everyone feel involved, regardless of experience. It was a fantastic team-building activity that challenged us to work together, communicate effectively, and have plenty of fun along the way. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to any team looking for a unique and engaging team-building experience.

I encouraged my daughter to try the junior programme, and it was a truly memorable experience for her. She is now very keen to continue her rowing through regular practice and a club membership. I believe this could be a game-changing opportunity for her, paving the way to broaden her horizons and shape her future interests.

We had a fantastic time at the Cambridge Rowing Experience. Omar, our instructor, took us very patiently every step on our way from training on the rowing machines to preparing the boat and ourselves until we finally proudly rowed up and down the river Cam. We can definitely recommend this activity - perfectly organized, great instructor and also very nice fellow rowers! Thank you, Omar and team!

Really nice time, worth it! The trainers were very good and at the end, everyone got the hang of the basic rowing technique

My daughter really enjoyed the course, it was well organised and well taught. The teachers were friendly and professional.

What a superb experience! The best way to experience Cambridge. The teaching was superb. I had never been in a boat before and couldn’t believe how quickly I picked it up.

Really fun day out.
Thanks to Hefin, our coach, for his encouragement and guidance and Thea, our cox, for her efforts to keep us in time.

Four of us arrived at the boathouse to be greeted by our instructor who, from the start made us very welcome and put us at ease.
Although I sail and canoe I have never rowed an eight. We were apprehensive but our instructor put us at ease both in the gym and on the water. I am 84 years old and will be returning to take part in further sessions.
We were three generations 'all in the same boat' together with four others two of which were from the USA. GREAT FUN

Very glad I finally did some rowin, after being in Cambridge for nearly ten years.

The session was very clear and structured, the people present were lovely. I'm probably going to stick with it too!

Got exactly what I was hoping for from this experience. We were able to get out on the water and row enough to where it felt good. Would recommend to anyone looking to try rowing! I’m so thankful there was this option.

I had the pleasure of attending the Cambridge Rowing Experience and getting to know about all things rowing! The whole session was extremely immersive and Omar & his team were incredible on the day at explaining everything in a way that made it simple and enjoyable. It really was a great experience with a lot of team building. I would honestly 100% recommend this to any of my friends, colleagues and clients for a future event.

I booked a rowing taster day for me and my teenage daughter and it was a brilliant experience from start to finish.

We were in a group of eight people and none of us had rowed before, some people came in pairs, others by themselves. We began with a short introduction to the sport and spent half an hour on a rowing machine after being taught the basic technique.

Our coach made everything really simple and didn’t bamboozle us with rowing jargon which was a relief for our first outing. From there we took an eight out onto the river after some tutoring riverside and put what he told us into practice on the water.

Clear coaching, plenty of patience, and a good sense of humour from everyone throughout meant we were soon rowing down the river together.

We made a lot of progress in a short space of time, and it’s a really fun way to spend a couple of hours on the River Cam. Be warned - you might come away with the rowing bug.
