HockeyJam Opiniões

Super fast delivery. Skates arrived the next day! Perfect.

From beginning to end the service from hockey jam was outstanding. They were great to communicate with and delivered a high quality product within one day of ordering. A very happy customer and will definitely be back!

Great customer service, excellent range of products and competitive prices- all this without being a huge chain of stores! What more could you ask for!

Great shop. Very fast delivery.

Well made reproduction authentic fan jersey (CCM) for a brilliant price. Faster than lightning day after delivery. Only issue is that I just wish the jersey came in XL (only available in adults L). Still fit's well over a hooded sweatshirt. I'd love to see you cater for more SHL team jerseys - even the PWHL. Thanks again for your brilliant, fast service.

Amazing service, ordered a few sizes as wasn’t sure what I needed. When it came to return them the store was really helpful, emailed me to confirm receipt and even processed the refund the same day. 5 out of 5 all round for excellent customer service and communication.

Excellent place to buy your favourite fan shirts or any other accessories . Lots to choose from and everything is in very good condition !!! Thank you HockeyJam 🥳🎉

We ordered CCM Jetspeed FT480 Senior Goalie skates for our son. He is an Inline Hockey Goalie but keen to try Ice and an opportunity came up to try out for Team Ireland development squad. Hockey jam processed our order efficiently and we received the skates within 2 days! Our son found them to be very comfortable when he was on the ice and Team Ireland gave him very positive feedback and he is looking forward to his next training session! Prompt response to emails, 5 star seller.

Bought a helmet, arrived quickly. Unfortunately it didn’t fit me so sent it back for a refund and was processed as soon as it was received their end. Top service

I ordered on Tuesday afternoon, and received by courier on Thursday - free postage.
I phoned first to check stock availability, the phone was answered promptly. The staff member checked the stock, size and confirmed the item was available for imdeiate despatch.

The item I ordered was a CCM senior compression pant with jock.

I will happily recomend and use Hockey Jam again.

Amazing service from Hockey Jam. Very quick to respond to queries and my order was dispatched same day! Would highly recommend.

Really good delivery I ordered some skates on a Thursday and what’s delivered Saturday.

Found a new old stock helmet on the website - first time using this shop.

Arrived quickly with dpd, tracked and well packaged with free delivery.

Really good price, fit loads better than the latest offering from bauer and for way less than half price despite being top of the line in its day and still in use by a couple nhlers today.

Arrived on a Tuesday, despite only ordering late on Friday night!

I would definitely use this shop again, great for bigger players with big heads who still want to find XL gear!

Friendly, helpful, professional knowledge. Sandis makes sure that you are happy with your new gear. I will never buy hockey equipment anywhere else.

Contacted lots of skate companies after months of trying to find a product for my daughter for Christmas. Hockeyjam replied quickly while I am still waiting to hear back from others. Responsive, friendly and helpful. Thank you…you might have just made a little girls Christmas wish come true.

Amazing customer service
Absolutely professional service a communication
Next day delivery
Definitely will be back

Great and prompt service, excellent advice tailored to my skill level. I ordered gloves and impressed by the service, returned the next day for a Pro Stock stick. Really appreciated being talked through the different blade and flex options with examples from real game-play. Clearly a shop that's passionate about the sport.

I needed advice on hockey skates & spoke with Sandis at the store, he was great & very patient as I explained my concerns. He gave me the advice he felt would benefit me & sent the skates out for delivery to my home for the very next day! I tried them & found that they fit fairly well, but after baking the boots they fit very well. I will definitely buy from HockeyJam again & recommend others.

Smooth transaction, knowledgeable staff A+

Sandis is always very helpful and friendly whether it’s for a new stick, skate sharpening or advice about the right equipment. The shop has a good range at decent prices.
