Exactly what we wanted
From initial enquiries to visiting the warehouse to ordering, delivery and then the actual items everything has be absolutely brilliant.
So knowledgeable and helpful, the delivery had to be rearranged a few times and they were so understanding. The skylights are incredibly good quality and look fantastic. Would highly recommend to everyone! We ordered 2x 2m x 1m fixed skylights and we couldn’t be happier!

Poor service
Poor service, ordered a skylight but turned out to be incompatible with my roof profile. Fair play - my bad however the returns process has been a nightmare. Long story short they don’t offer you all your money back and if the return process exceeds 60 days they don’t take it back at all. I initiated the returns process within the 60 days and they didn’t response. When I chased it up because it was now past the 60 day mark they advised I sell it on eBay. This was from Luke the head of operations who I believe oversees the returns process and this was on advice from the company owner. Basically I reckon they would probably be ok if the skylight you close fit and was installed properly initially, if not and you require any customer service. I just wouldn’t bother, been a really poor experience and I wished I’d have bought from a bigger company that respects statutory rights. I may be misguided but a product ordered incorrectly and unopened/in perfect condition should be eligible for a refund. Sadly not reflected in the returns policy of Cambridge skylights so I would recommend to stay away. If anyone wants anymore detail feel free to contact me

Upon reviewing our records, we have confirmed that despite your request being made after our 14-day policy had elapsed, we made an exception and agreed to accommodate your return. We genuinely wanted to assist you in resolving the matter.
In our sincere efforts to facilitate the return process, we made multiple attempts to communicate with you regarding the arrangement of a courier. Unfortunately, our emails went unanswered, and we did not receive any confirmation. We provided a generous 60-day timeframe for the product to be returned and a courier to be sourced independently. This duration is considered more than reasonable, allowing sufficient time for the products to reach our warehouse and ensure a timely processing of the return. As the 60-day period had lapsed, we had to follow our standard procedures and close the case accordingly.
We understand that you reached out to us again yesterday, however, unfortunately, at that point, we were unable to accept a return for an order that dated back over 4 months.
Please rest assured that we highly value our customers and strive to provide exceptional service. We genuinely understand your frustration and apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you have any further concerns or believe there may have been a misunderstanding, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@cambridgeskylights.co.uk

Ups and downs!
Easy to find the nice website but not so easy to order the window so had to telephone. Pleasant people and all went well then. Delivery was expensive and delayed twice. Very nice apology though. Window seems fine and now have to wait to see it installed after the delay.

I was looking for a specific cleaning…
I was looking for a specific cleaning products that very few places had in stock. I ordered it from Cambridge Skylights and although the delivery was about 5-7 days it arrive in 2!
The product itself is not as great but Cambridge Skylights aren't to blame since it is not their brand.

Flat roof skylight
Just fitted today a 800 by 1800 flat roof skylight and went like a dream, I'm very pleased and my customer too.
Also Luke is a very helpful man and he always answer to all my questions.
