Eva Minimalist Geometric Ceramic Reed Diffuser.
I had already reviewed this lovely product but, a week or so later, I noticed that a tiny piece on one corner had broken off. I contacted the Company and they came back to me to say, after checking the rest of the Eva diffusers, they discovered it was a faulty batch. I was prepared to wait for a new batch to come in and now, thanks to Louise, I have a replacement! Fantastic customer service.

Returns need improvement
Excellent products but need to improve the returns process. You have to email to request a return and also pay for the delivery. I returned item due to colour not being suitable in my room. They replied
Usually, we give a credit note to our customers for these discrepancies; however, on this occasion, we will offer a refund. I haven't received the money in my account yet to confirm if a administration fee will also be applied to the refund total. You are selling online and must offer a easier way for customers to experience a better service .

Hi David, I'm really sorry to hear you're not happy with your purchase. As explained via email, your purchase was made on the 4th of May and you did not contact us until the 8th of July to highlight an issue with your items. This is quite considerably outside of any reasonable returns window, and we are unable to account for any external factors during the almost 3 months that you have had the items which may have caused any damage. This is also the first report we have had of this nature, so it is not a consistent issue with our items, which also leads us to conclude it must be external factors. Best wishes, team Camden

We always provide a replacement or full refund if items are damaged in transit, and would happily have done so if we'd had the opportunity to rectify this issue for you. Beautiful set of cushions. Very stylish however one of them came faulty. Treads are out and look old and used.

Scammers!
Beware of buying from this company. They’re scammers. I bought something that was purposely mislabeled as something different, then I sent a picture of what I received to get refunded and I when they received it, they took it out of the original package and emailed me that I couldn’t get refunded only “store credit” because the item was no longer in the original package. I said that it wasn’t true and that they didn’t say anything when they saw the picture, I never heard back and they kept my money.
Update 28.04: I have seen your reply here and sorry, but you are lying. You saw the picture and encouraged me to return. Then after I had send the item you claimed it had been opened. You didn’t say anything about that in the picture. Also, it clearly shows unopened in the picture. Furthermore, I did reply to your last email days ago and have not heard back from you. I have no item nor money. Like I said: Scam

Hi Lucia, We're sorry you're unhappy, but we do need to clarify the situation as this review is not an accurate reflection unfortunately. You purchased a whisk from our website, which has the dimensions/measurements contained within the product description. You emailed us to say that you expected the whisk to be a miniature whisk because the item said 'small'. This is because we do 2 sizes of whisk, and not because it is miniature, as per the dimensions on the item. We offered a return for the item, but it had been opened from the protective packaging, and so is not re-saleable. We're not able to offer returns on kitchen items that have been opened, and had we been aware of this then we would not have accepted the return at all, but we were not informed it had been opened. As the item had already been sent back to us, we offered to return the item to you or provide a store credit. We have not heard back from you on this. Again, we apologise you haven't been happy with the service but it is the responsibility of the customer to check product measurements to determine if items are fit for their intended purpose, and accurate measurements were immediately available on this item's website description.

UPDATE: We are more than happy to share the images with anyone who would like for us to do so. We can't accept kitchen items back where they have been removed from the protective packaging. The item can't be deemed as being 'purposely mislabelled' when the measurements are available to read on the description.

High quality items 10/10
I have placed several orders with Camden and Co now and everything has been great. You pay a bit more than elsewhere for some items but the quality is definitely worth it.

They took my money and I never received my order
This is in response to Camden & CO’s reply :
You sent a Royal Mail link that shows it’s been delivered to and signed by Manchester Central DO, which is where the shipment initially departed from. My delivery/shipping address is in dubai!! You could not provide proof of MY signature or a picture of the package being delivered to my shipping address.
You were unresponsive to my request for a REFUND as you are clearly not prepared to resolve this issue in a timely manner or at all!! It’s been over TWO months now!!!
I ordered 2 sets of throw pillows since the 11th of February, today is the 22nd of April and I still haven’t received my pillows. I have emailed this company repeatedly as there is no other way of contacting them and they have not been able to provide a proof of delivery nor an exact location of my pillows. I demanded a refund when they could not locate the order and they have been unresponsive and ignoring my emails till now. This is very disappointing and this is THEFT

My order arrived today and I'm really happy with all of the items. I got quite a few so was concerned that some off them might not be as good as they are on the website but I honestly love every piece and am really impressed. I'm redecorating my living rooms so I got two sets of cushions, a gold vase, set of beige boxed (these are my favorite!), a throw and one of the coffee table trays. All are really good quality and really prettily designed.
