International Tracking available and arrived 10 earlier than expected.
I was leery ordering something with such a wide delivery window (Dec 12 - Jan 3).

Great products & prices, but the absolute best customer service
Great products at great prices but even more importantly, everyone that I have dealt with, both over the phone & in the shop, have provided outstanding customer service & have far exceeded my expectations in every way.
Will definitely use them again.

Item not delivered
Seller used a courier that claimed they had delivered the item to address - item never received by us. Seller did not provide evidence from their courier, but just refused to refund or send replacement. Dreadful experience.

Great company with great customer service.
I placed a order with Camden tools via amazon but didn't receive the item due to the amazon driver delivering it to a wrong address. I contacted Camden tools and explained I hadn't received the order and Sara sent me a refund for the item later that day. I ordered the item again when I found out the driver had delivered it to someone else and it was delivered the following day. The item was in perfect condition, exactly as described on the listing and was fairly priced. Overall great products and customer service and I will 100% be using them again. P.s it was amazon who messed up the delivery, not Camden tools.

Still waiting for a delivery
Still waiting for a delivery. Evri said there was a delay no reason. Customer service at Camden or B&q don’t respond. Amazon next time for reliability.
24 hour service that took 5 days without explanation. You also don’t reply to emails but reply on here after the package is delivered. Terrible service

This was the second time we have ordered carbon brushes from Camden Tools. They arrived next day, worked like a dream and are at a fantastic price in these days of profiteering. What a great company nothing else to say really.
