Do not buy from them. Communication was good to start with now they are not answering. I gave them a chance and my money but have been let down with no camera and now I have to fight for my money back through credit card company.false promises on delivery dates and now gone silent.

Terrible, delivery takes months and they take forever to reply. Buy from a different company like E-infin much better and cheaper

The communication from this company was amazing. Right from the start they reassured me of the delivery date. The camera lens arrived one day after this and to be honest I was very happy. Would be happy to recommend this company.

Ordered a camera lens including £24.99 for “Priority Shipping (Next Business Day)”. First point to note, in Camerista vocabulary - Next Business Day refers to despatch date not delivery date. Second point to note - Camerista require “an additional day to process the paperwork” as per their email when I questioned the delay. 11 days after placing the order, with no notification of shipping or telephone call to explain the situation (as requested) I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund (now received). This company are making promises on their website that they clearly have no intention of fulfilling.

Pleased with the communication, as chose slow shipping. But product arrived promptly at the scheduled date and its outstanding quality, as expected!

Ok, so nothing wrong with the product… but the lead times are horrific. Worse still the website is confusing in that it lets you make a selection about the lead-time on the first page, but then ignores it on the second page.

If you want the product in a reasonable time then pay for express shipping, otherwise it will be even slower than their estimates.

The lens itself in a white-box direct from China, seems to be an official Canon part designed for OEMs.

Ordered from this company due to priority delivery option. Items did not arrive on time which led to a cancelled shoot. They did refund priority delivery fee. When order was confirmed as delivered and I collected, I found only part was delivered. When I questioned this they explained there were issues with the other part of the order which meant they had to replace the item. However I was not notified of this until I contacted them, and they had confirmed the full order as delivered. They were then unable to provide me with updates as to when the other part of the order was to be delivered despite chasing over several days. They missed several deadlines and in the end I was forced to cancel more shoots. I ended up cancelling the the order and got a refund. Would not recommend.

Excellent product at a great price. It didn't arrive by the expected date, but I can forgive that given that everything else has gone so smoothly.
