I made my first order of the Nikon Z6 III and it was delivered in time as mentioned. Even there were some tracking confusion but the customer service was quite promt and assuring.

Thanks for the experince and hence I ended up ordering again a lens today Nikon Z 14-24mm f/2.8. Can't went to experince the dream lens :)

Excellent communications from the company. Camera arrived exactly as specified. Delivery took a few days longer than predicted so I suggest you allow extra time for the gear to arrive. Cameriz were very good about dealing with the delay and offered a small refund as compensation, which was kind. All in all a very good experience.

The price is good. Delivery is painfully slow and my camera came with a instruction book in Chinese which is. No good to me and which you have so far been unable to replace with an English one

Great price on top of the range Canon camera. Delivery was just over two weeks. Communication was good.

I was somewhat reluctant to place an order because of fears about problems that might arise. In the end the price was so competitive compared to other sellers that I decided to go for it. My first order was for a Canon V1, after that arrived on time I placed another order for a Canon RF 28-70mm STM lens. That second order has just arrived. I felt compelled to write a review such was my huge satisfaction with this company.
Not only were the prices of both items unbeatable but the ordering process was simple and straight forward. From the time I placed the order through to delivery I was kept informed every step of the way. I was able to track the parcels throughout the whole journey and both were delivered on time by FedEx. The packaging was the best of any mail order camera kit I have experienced. Needless to say both items were perfect in sealed boxes.
This company will be my 'go to' for future orders.

This is my first purchase with Cameriz, a Canon RF 15-35mm f/2.8L IS USM Lens. This review is not about the lens, there are plenty of sourses for that.

The purchase was simple. The presales information was spot on, and it reassured me I was making the right decision purchasing from Cameriz. The packing of the lens was more than expected. When you compare what Amazon are now doing, not supplying any packing for goods that are sold in a box. Cameriz packed the lens, that is in the manufacturer's box, as if it were just as valuable as the lens itself. It arrived on time.

Cameriz is a grey importer, just the same as other more well known camera specialists. The major difference with grey import is you will not get a manufacturer's guarantee. Cameriz assured me I would get an equivalent from them with the same repairers that Canon use.

Best of all Cameriz was the cheapest one this occasion. I would definitely recommend Cameriz.

Ive place an order on 23rd of March and…
Ive place an order on 23rd of March and it still hasn’t been shipped (31st March). I’ve got email a few days ago that my order „has been forwarded to the shipping lines and I can expect delivery within 3-5 business days”. after asking customer support for tracking number apparently my order hadn’t been even sent yet. The company have office in London so you think that you order from UK but no, apparently camera is shipped from Hong Kong. Everything feels so dodgy about this company, I prefer to pay extra £100-£200 and at least feel safe that I’m not getting scammed. Thanks gods ive paid with credit card so can easily cancel the order and safely get my money back

More update! It’s 8th of April and label is still created but not shipped 🙈 This whole experience has been a joke. it’s not an order for £20 that you can forget that you bought it, £1300 and I don’t have a clue what’s going on

Ordered Tamron 28-75mm and Sony 24mm 1.4 and both were delivered as per the provided timelines and both were completely new sealed boxes and working absolutely fine.
