To clarify, CampaignAgent provides an optional Pay Later service, which is different from the traditional agent led arrangement you’re referring to. When Pay Later is selected, we pay the marketing costs upfront to your agent on your behalf, and a flat fee is applied for that service. This fee and structure are outlined during the application process and in the supporting information provided to vendors.

That said, we hear your point around how this was presented. It’s important to us that vendors clearly understand the difference between Pay Now and Pay Later, including the cost difference, before making a decision. Your feedback about visibility and clarity is noted, and we’ll take that on board.

It’s also worth mentioning that CampaignAgent helps vendors pay for their marketing, but the campaign itself, and how payment options are introduced, sits with your listing agent. To clarify, CampaignAgent is a separate service that helps vendors pay for their property marketing, either upfront or by choosing a Pay Later option. We don’t manage the marketing itself, that’s handled by your real estate agent, but we do provide the payment solution behind it.

Information about our service, including how Pay Now and Pay Later work, is provided during the application process and in the supporting documents shared at the time. That said, it’s clear from your experience that this wasn’t communicated in a way that felt obvious or helpful, and we take that on board.

We’d also recommend speaking with your agent, as they are responsible for introducing and explaining how the campaign and payment options are set up.
