Not sure if this is at your end or…
Not sure if this is at your end or somewhere else in the chain but basically, it took us 2 days to get into your system to conduct the first transaction. Problem was that we were not receiving codes to the designated mobile phone number. This was eventually rectified and the transaction completed. A couple of days later we had to get into the system to process another account. Same problem arose and we can't and waiting now on another "fix". if that doesn't within a few days then that account needs to be paid by us directly to the service provider. Not really good enough. pay now comes with interest that adds to the cost of buying a house. This should come interest free, and payable once the property sells. Its a lot of money to have upfront.
However, if the property doesnt sell, or is withdrawn then it becomes due an payable.
