We always use Camper UK. Sometimes it is difficult to get a booking as they are so busy, but we have always found all the staff to be helpful, professional, polite and good-humoured. We have confidence that our motorhome will be well looked after and any work carried out to a very high standard. Highly recommended.

Camper UK are Excellent
We have used Camper UK for our regular damp checks and an insurance claim on our previous motorhome and have always been very happy with their service. It is a long 500 mile round trip to get to Lincoln for us but well worth the effort. Buying a new Malibu from Camper UK was a new experience for us and I must say it did not disappoint. Richard Sinclair the sales exec looked after us in a thoroughly professional and friendly manner and we were very pleased with service he provided. Well done Richard and Camper Uk! We would not hesitate to use Camper UK again.

Expectations met
I was greeted by Karl on my arrival despite it being earlier than my expected arrival , I expressed my frustration at being asked to arrive early but on previous visits having to wait until late in the afternoon before the work was completed. Karl informed me he was new to the position and planned to get pre planned work done in a timely manner and if today’s experience is any indicator then he’s certainly exceeded my expectations. I do appreciate that service planning can be difficult when emergency jobs appear unexpectedly.
I have always found all the staff helpful and friendly .

Excellent Customer Experience
Engine went into Limp mode on our way on holiday and was taken by Recovey to CamperUK whilst we returned home. From receipt of the vehicle through to its repair and collection the communications by CamperUK was first class explaining what they were going to do and when. They also provided updates and rang to say the van was ready to collect. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending CamperUK - 5 star service

Service follow-up
The receptionist was friendly and helpful, Luke at the service desk described well what would be done and didn't over promise, but told us as it was, the lad that did the work ( sorry I forgot his name)was extremely helpful and honest about what could be done, and what would need to be checked with burstner, so overall I am very pleased with the visit

After using Camper UK for many years for servicing for our motorhome we purchased a new vehicle recently. The van is just what we need as our family has changed, the sales team helped us spec the best layout for us and choose the extras we needed. Always friendly and they took care of us again
we were looking for a smaller vehicle and they had what we wanted at a good price
Dan was as always great to deal with and Aron did an informative handover
We have had some minor problems which goes with the territory and they were handled quickly and promptly

Dan was excellent and sorted out a few issues for us.
He's the first salsman we trust as other company's are less than truthful.
As with a lot of company's it's not a teething issues that's the problem it's how it's sorted out.

This Carthago C Tourer .
This Carthago c tourer is the 3rd motorhome we have purchased from Camper UK. I'm not going to say there hasn't been problems come up but I will say that the staff ( Dan mainly who we dealt with) were very good at sorting any issues. They all make you feel very welcome whilst visiting the showroom. We would highly recommend Camper UK to anyone looking at buying a motorhome.
