The one complaint I have so far is the lack of communication. You really need to keep customers updated on the progress of their order. I ordered my merchandise on December 2, 2021. I know we are looking at 8-12 business days, but we are on day 9 and if I hadn't sent an email to check for myself I would know nothing. I purchased several items, and I will be very upset if they are not here for Christmas. I keep checking the Route app, and there is no status. If you keep customers updated it would be helpful.

Paid for personalization and it wasn't on the item.

You could not read the embroidery on the polo shirt.

It came beautifully wrapped but was disappointing on how light the edging was to read what it said
