Nice product, but took too long to ship.

I never received my order and I am still waiting for someone to pickup the phone!!!

Your customer service is great, I've emailed a few times asking about shipment details and you have quickly responded! I will rate my products when I get them; I'm hoping they are great....

The hat I ordered was very nice! The quality of the hat material and appearance is not cheap looks very cozy. The embroidery is great, no flaws. I did not have to interact with customer service so I have no feedback for that. The order fulfillment and shipping was not lighting fast but as expected.

I gave you a 5 for the ordering process and timely filling of the order. Hopefully delivery will also warrant a 5.

The service team was quick to respond to my question and make sure my order was on its way.

Have yet to get an email confirmation They definitely debited my credit card but I have no tracking of the package or if it ever is going to come or what. 100% disappointed.

I placed a decent size order and most items were well made, good quality. Except for two t-shirt that the print was off center. I placed the order on Nov. 8th and receive it on Dec. 10th. Customer service was quick and helpful.

Campus Classics had the exact items that I was looking for. Easy to order, shipping was fast. Very happy with my items.

Ordering was easy and employees were very good. I had to make a change to the delivery location and it went smoothly. The only issue that kept me from giving 5 stars was in order to see the tracking I had to download and sign up for the Route app. Now that the item is Enroute I can delete the app. I’ve also had to unsubscribe from the Route app for sending too many emails.

No I made the order from my son three weeks ago they didn’t give me an ETA and still haven’t given me an ETA not good when you need a gift for that needs to be delivered by a certain time!!!!

Great ordering experience. Needed to change my shipping info at the last minute and campus classics was very accommodating and communicative. Would order from them again and again.

The items were not shipped until three weeks after the order. I should have been told the items were out of stock and not lead to believe they would be shipped within 10 days.

It's been a month and my credit card was charged and still no merchandise has been received.
