On-site visit, crafting own cognac, and receipt of shipment in USA, all superb!!

Hi there,
I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts on the product (Camus VSOP and XO) I recently received. I must say, it is absolutely fantastic! The quality and taste have exceeded my expectations, and I am thoroughly enjoying it. However, I did notice that the delivery took quite a while. It seems there was a delay at the airport or perhaps it got held up in customs for a review. Despite the longer-than-anticipated wait, I am now happily engoying my Cognac and sharing with friends. I am very pleased with my purchase.

We really enjoyed the visit at Camus, very interesting and very well presented. This blending our own Cognac was fantastic. We will display our Cognac for our friends to see.

Great fun. Learned much about the process itself and then to blend our own AND have it sent home for us to enjoy?!! Just received the shipment and are waiting to try it. Meanwhile we had some of the "established " stuff sent along for us to drink now.
The staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

We had an excellent experience at Camus. We received two shipments very quickly after we returned home. Tres bien!

Je n'ai pas pu choisir mon relais colis. Il a été livré dans celui le plus proche de mon domicile avec des horaires d'ouverture réduit. J'aurais préféré être livrer dans celui proche de mon lieu de travail.

Livraison rapide, service client qui répond également rapidement, je recommande !

Our first visit to Camus thru Viking several years ago was so much fun that we decided to do it again this spring. Once again, it was great fun.
This time we started with a delicious lunch at a patio setting at a country restaurant, which was even better than last time, which took place inside the distillery.
We followed lunch with a very informative guided tour of the distillery, and we were once again able to blend our own bottles of cognac. Again, this was an improvement because we were given the option to have Camus ship the bottles home, rather than having to bring the back ourselves. The charge was 30 euros, which seemed reasonable.
Unfortunately, the original shipment apparently was lost in transit. But the Camus Team was very helpful by making a second shipment of our bottles (no charge to us), which we just received in perfect condition. The replacement bottles even had the same blend percentages as the originals.

It was fascinating to see how different cognac are in flavor and how blending in different proportions changes the flavor.

I now like cognac and Camus made that possible! The staff were so informative and patient and the blending experience was stellar!

The tour of Camus Cognac and the blending experience was excellent. It was extremely well planned and equiped. Providing an exceptional opportunity to learn about the process of making, aging and blending Cognac. Complete with blending your own personal bottle of Camus Cognac

They do very well they're trustworthy you get the product you buy,the only thing is that the writing on the bottle made a single type a b for a g but they allow for accents too and is overall a really good company,shipping and making takes a week or two so it's relatively fast too

We went to the Camus vineyard as part of a Viking tours shore excursion. We were greeted by a wonderful host who taught us how cognac is made. The climax was actually blending our own cognac! The result was superb. All in all, it was a wonderful experience all around!
