Mindful of the increasing number of cars being stolen off driveways I needed peace of mind that my new Kia Sportage would only leave our driveway when I was behind the wheel. Thanks to CAN-PHANTOM I now have that peace of mind that my car is safe! Superb staff & customer service I cannot recommend them highly enough. I wish them continued success, it’s thoroughly deserved!

I’m deeply frustrated with Can Phantom. My experience began optimistically after discovering their services online. Eager for a prompt installation, I made the payment, expecting it to be done the next day as they assured. However, their installer later clarified that such a quick service was not feasible, forcing me to cancel and request a refund.

It’s been over a week since then, and I’m still waiting for my refund. Despite providing my bank details to Gemma from Can Phantom, all I received was a promise and an email about a credit note, but no actual refund. This delay and lack of clear communication have been disheartening and reflect poorly on their post-sales support. In the end, I didn’t proceed with Can Phantom and instead chose Ghost 2, which was installed seamlessly. The ongoing wait for my refund from Can Phantom only adds to my disappointment.

I have successfully obtained my refund from Can Phantom. Seeing their response and the inaccuracies therein reinforces my relief at not having chosen their services. Moreover, I have text messages from their installer demonstrating their inability to perform the installation, and an email from a representative at Can Phantom confirming the installation was originally scheduled for the next day. This kind of situation, where companies provide misleading or false accounts, suggests that there should be a mechanism on Trustpilot to delist companies found to be dishonest or providing false narratives. I'm considering presenting this evidence to Trustpilot, as it seems necessary to address these recurring issues of conflicting statements.

Car security is everything to me and all those that value their pride and joy like I do!! I recently had the Can Phantom fitted in my Audi A7 because I’ve had my car stolen previously! A couple of times 🤦‍♂️ - Anyway you can’t even tell anything was installed which I liked at first. I tried & it will not start with out my unique pin. 💪 I've never felt so secure about my car If I’m honest - I can park it literally anywhere now lol - peace of mind is everything I guess. 5 stars from me 👍 already recommended to friends and family.

I have had the Can-Phantom fitted to my Motor Home and am very pleased to say the system gives me a lot more confidence when leaving it unattended. The start code is easily set and can be as simple or as complicated as you like. Without knowing the code, no-one can start the engine, even if they have your keys. Very pleased with the system and the install.
